Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Antibes Olympe

The rooftop pool was the whole reason for booking this and upon arrival I was informed the pool was closed. The location is close to nothing. The floor our room was on smelled and the room was awful. When hot water was used there was a putrid smell.

Spacious. Nice staff.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes, there was moldy food inside the microwave, moldy plates inside dishwasher, glass all over balcony.

Very conveniently situated next to the highway exit, it was good for us because we were just stopping by on our way to Italy. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Rooms were not very clean and in mediocre conditions, they would need to be painted and renovated a bit.

The staff are accomodating and polite. The rooms were decently ready upon arrival. Good deal for a good price especially for family. Its ideal to have a car within the area if you are going to the beach. But there are nearby public transportation as well as supermarket.

Not much.

Everything. It was cheap. Very dirty. Wanted to swim but there was so much human hair floating that I said no way. No toilet paper, had to ask for it and the reception desk didn't want to to really give any out. Would not recommend.

The location was ok.

Many things first of all the room smelled excessively of cigarette smoke, hard to breathe when we entered. Very dirty linens, found dirty underwear on the floor. Very unkempt and old looking not like the picture at all. Staff service in the morning was horrible. Do not stay here

Easy access fr9m the motorway

Nothing. Very very dirty ...r9om was not even made and after talking to the desk boy the only answer was ..sorry it is fully booked .. nothing was done ...so with two little kids and being 23.00 no way to get another place

Nice spacious rooms and very vinvenient location. Very good breakfast

Not clear directions from parking to rooms

rooms are 1+1 with kitchen and everything, even a big balcony. also has a bathtub.

location is a little far away but you could easily go there with bus.

Quiet, easy access, decent value

Parking price. Should be included in my opinion.

It was somewhere to sleep the night.

We didn't like the location and found great difficulty in finding it.Poor telephonic service.A long walk to our room.Shabby furniture and a tired, overall impression of absolute basic facilities.

Great price, great staff

Bathroom seemed a bit old

Never again

The mattress was broken, the apart not clean (a lot of dust under the bed), furnitures are old and damaged, very noisy, smell bad.

I like the area and apartment

The apartment was dirty and smells, the fridge was dirty and stinks of dry milk. All the pillows has dry and dirty body fluids. I told them to clean and change all the pillows but they did not clean it. I wasn't able to make use of the kitchen through out my stay because it stinks. They was not enough tissues in the bathroom. The receptionist was very rude towards me when I told her to clean and change all the pillows. No room cleaning through out my stay. My 150 pounds deposit is still pending.

Hotel is quiet new, good location if you have a car, close to hiper market.

First impresion was very bad, we arrived at 14,15 h, talking to lady on reception only about what we should pay (150 eur depozit as reservation ammount on the card is mandatory), without any usefull information, without even welcoming words. But, we couldnt enter the room before 15,00 h, took a walk, after come back there was another Lady with the same material thinks (i have to prove that i pay to other Lady what i paid 45 min. before). Other staff member were nice and polite.

nice staff

Quite dirty, no soap or shampooSmell of food in the corridor We have to clean our dishes otherwise they will take the deposit of £45

clean and tidy, supermarket nearby

The property is very dated and need of a refresh, the gardens also need some attention. The location isn’t great

Checkin was fine and the person at reception was good and gave us information about what we needed

The apartment was a tired and mouldy bathroom as well as unwashed linens and bedsheets. The sofa bed was full of stains and I am yet to come across such a badly managed place.

Hi i cheched out yesterday. But i still have not received the refund of 150 euros. Please refund it now.

Smells

Very poor

The hotel smells very bad. Especially on the hollway. The place wasn't very clean. At first we had a room with leakeage on the floor in the kitchen. We switch the room but the situation hasn't improved a lot. The duvet in the room was stain with yellow marks. We had a boiler in the room that makes a lot of noise.
