    Pros +

    • The property was beautiful and well-maintained. our host Valerie, and her husband were especially kind. They took good care of us, including our elderly grandmother travelling with us.
    • Stylishly decorated with nice furnishings and lovely outdoor spaces. Wonderful breakfast! Great location- close to the beach and old town.
    • The property is in a great location...and super helpful to have parking on site!!! We could walk into old town with no problems...yet it was far enough away for a little peace and quiet !!!

    Cons -

    • The toilet is very small, it is difficult to take a shower.
    • WiFi in the room was weak.
    • I had booked a small room and it was a bit too small when the weather was mixed/cool so that we didn't use the outside areas. It would be fine in summer. This is my fault for not looking carefully as all the other rooms are bigger and fine.

Beautiful building close to the sea and the inner city of Antibes. The owners were lovely and welcoming. The breakfast delicious and it super cosy sitting outside in the garden enjoying the sunshine

The host was very kind and helpful. This is a family driven hotel where you felt very welcome ?

WiFi in the room was weak.

Lovely warm welcome, we were a couple of hours early but that wasn’t a problem. We only stayed one night and regret not booking for longer. Beautiful old villa in its own grounds, very friendly owners, couldn’t have asked for more.

Lovely atmosphere, lovely gardens and outdoor seating, great location. Very nice breakfast and charming and friendly host.

This is a charming hotel in a quiet location in Antibes. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home. Comfortable rooms, convenient large car park and delicious breakfast

Great location! Close to public beaches and a short walk from the old town. The hotel is on a quiet private property in a suburban street. Parking onsite is available (additional €10 per day). The rooms are clean. The staff were polite and friendly if not the most hospitable I’ve ever dealt with. The room had AC and a ceiling fan!! Wifi in the rooms.

I get the impression that very little is invested into continuously improving the facilities. For example, the towels were very old and had been cleaned so many times they were now off-white and rough, there is mould throughout the bath room due to it being poorly ventilated through a small exhaust fan (the bathroom is otherwise clean but the mould is trapped in places like the grout, shower door seals, etc), the floors of the room are very worn in the high traffic areas - these are some examples. It’s not for me to say how the hoteliers should spend their money but I thinks it’s worth noting. The room we stayed in was very small and the bed is only a double. We were travelling with backpacks, which are smaller, but there would not be enough floor space around the bed to open a suitcase fully. The ensuite is also small and smells damp due to the poor ventilation. There is a large carpark on the property but there is an additional fee for parking. There is also a fee to hire beach towels. Again that’s the hoteliers choice but it does diminish the value you get for your money.

The property is gorgeous, so classic country French ?. I liked that is was on the south side of town, just outside of the old city centre so I was able to walk the coast to get to most destinations. It was tucked away and quiet. The breakfast was very nice too.

My room didn’t seem to have a safety lock box for valuables even though it’s listed on the features.

Excellent location, peaceful terrasse area, basic but good breakfast, very nice owners. The upgraded room with a balcony was much better than the small room.

Air conditioning leaking in one room (a bucket was brought to collect dripping water); the other room with a portable air conditioner that wouldn’t cool the room unless the door was left open for the exhaust hose could blow hot air outside (rather than back in the room); no shower head holders.

The hotel was beautiful and quaint, the owners were lovely too! It was also a short walk to the old town or to the beach. Breakfast was especially nice outside under the trees, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Gorgeous property and was so lovely having the hosts near by.

No fridge was a bit tricky! And very small room but good for a short stay

Location is perfect. You just park your car in the property and walk everywhere

    The door didnt open/close properly

The atmosphere in this little gem is just amazing. You feel like you are visting family or friends. The house is so beautiful and original, so french. The breakfast is simple but really nice. You get fresh croissants, baguette and cheese, sausages, jam, coffee and tea. In general the hotel is perfect for couples, we would say. We had such a lovely time there.

As everything at the Côte d'Azur-region, it's not cheap. That you have to know, when you want to spend your holidays there.

Be aware that this "hotel" does NOT have any service at all after 8pm. So if you lock your keys in the room that is too bad and you are out of luck for the whole night. Even though the staff/owners may be close by, they will not respond at all. That happened with us and could not get into the room. Even though this is a 2 star hotel and maybe this is normal for 2 star hotel, I would NOT recommend this hotel. This aspect is NOT on their website, or on this site and is not posted at the "hotel" or otherwise known to the guests. So book at own risk. I think it would have been a better experience but unfortunately, the hotel staff/staff was over the top rude to us on this about this and went out of their way to be rude. i think the owners are taking advantage of their really nice location and forgotten about service.

Location was utterly perfect and the hotel was charming externally. Our hosts were also so lovely and accommodating. They made great restaurant recommendations and were very kind to let us check in early.

Our room was on the top floor and was far too hot. There was a fan and air conditioning unit provided but these didn't do anything. There was no breeze and the room was on the small side so it was a tad uncomfortable from a temperature perspective.

The authenticity of the property, its location and the parking space.

The rooms could afford a little more comfort in facilities and amenities that seemed limited to the minimum only.

This quaint little villa was such a special and unique place for a stay in Antibes. The hosts were fabulous, accommodating and kind. The location cannot be beat. It’s a ten minute walk into old Anitbes and five minutes to a beautiful beach. We will definitely come back again!
