Good location, short walk to downtown area. May have been seasonal but there was also free parking in the lot across from the hotel.

Could have been closer to old Antibes

Loved that the hotel was so close to the beach, especially the Handi-plage. Good disabled access for wheelchairs - the staff even saved a disabled parking spot for me. Ramp from parking to the hotel could be better however - a proper sized ramp (I almost fell off the pavement multiple times and kept wheelchairing into the plant beside it). Great accessible bathroom, and good sized room with lots of turning space. Comfortable bed. Loved it had a small fridge. Friendly welcoming staff, especially one of the young men behind the desk was always so kind. Hope to return!

Mould in the bathroom needs to be removed. Accessible room is right next to the staff room and front desk, so less privacy but was ok. The heavy door making it tricky to get in and out of the room in a wheelchair.

Great location across the street from 2 great snd beaches, just bring a towel. 10 minute walk to old town. Parking provided for a charge.

This hotel is value priced and right across the street from the waterfront and a short walk to the old town. The lady at the reception desk is very pleasant, all of the staff is very nice and they have a very good buffet breakfast.

Everyone at the front desk was very nice, answered any questions we had and accommodated any request we had. The location is excellent and the coffee and warm croissant for breakfast was perfect before hitting the road. We were driving through France and I love staying at hotels with an ocean view and not only did we have an ocean view, but this hotel was very easy to get to and leave Antibes from in the morning.

Great location, lovely friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms

I was very happy with everything about Hotel Josse. My room was beautifully decorated and very large. I especially liked the wall to wall windows and the outdoor patio. The electric blinds were a special surprise. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a variety of hot and cold choices. The dining area was large, bright and spotless. The reception staff were very kind and gave a warm welcome. I especially want to thank Christine for her thoughtfulness and for going out of her way for me. The location across from the beach was perfect.

Great location, staff was super friendly and even helped us with our luggage.We were able to check out late in the evening.We booked the car park that we didn't need in the end and the staff removed it from our quote.The breakfast was really good and lasted 1h more than originally announced.The beach is literally 1min walk away from the hotel.

The hot water was fluctuating in the shower (super hot and cold at times)Our room's door was super stiff to open and closeThe electric roller blinds didn't work but the blackout curtains worked well.The pillows were a bit thin and too soft for our liking

This is a good hotel in a great location. The room was a good size and exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast was superb with fresh pastries and fruit. I really liked the hot Spanish bacon which made a delicious sandwich. The staff were lovely and very helpful and allowed me to practise my French which I appreciated enormously. We travelled with a dog and the ground floor room was just perfect.

The parking is a bit tight but still good to have in this very busy town.

The hotel is across the road from a sand beach, which is extraordinary. The coastal walk can also be a run for all those interested. Very nice and wholesome breakfast. Thank you to the staff for extending my check-out time - that was very customer-oriented.

The roadside location impacts the noise level in the room.

Good size room and balcony. Good location. Mohamad on reception was excellent. Breakfast excellent, could introduce sausages. Pizza was good but a bit more choice would be nice

Hidden costs. I was charged 200 euros for upgraded room when I had booked the highest priced room already?
