Royal Antibes - Luxury Hotel, Résidence, Beach & Spa

View from the room was wonderful. Cleaning was very good. Staff at breakfast were very friendly.

Hot tub was not hot, actually cold. Lounge chairs on the beach were not adjustable.

Great location. Two minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to old town of Antibes where you find lots of restaurants and shops

The spa is very basic. Sauna, steam and jacuzzi for 50 mins. Great location. Breach club is awesome

The location of the hotel is great. You can walk right along the seawell or to a nearby beach. The staff were friendly but not very flexible.

The rooms need to be updated - clean and good AC but a bit dated. Also, housecleaning was a big unflexible.

iron and ironing board in the room would be nice but was able to iron in the laundry room

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We had booked two rooms, and upon arrival discovered that one of the room doors wouldn’t close at all, let alone lock- a serious safety concern. We reported the issue to the front desk immediately, hoping it would be resolved by the time we returned from dinner. To our shock, when we got back, we were told that the maintenance person wouldn’t be available until the next morning and that we’d have to spend the night in a room with a broken door- effectively open to anyone.What made the situation even worse was the staff's attitude. We were three women staying in the room and clearly expressed our discomfort, but the night receptionist casually brushed off our concerns and actually asked us, “What’s the problem? There are three of you.” This level of dismissiveness was not only unprofessional, it was downright disrespectful and showed a complete lack of regard for guest safety.On top of this unacceptable incident, the overall condition of the hotel was extremely poor. The staff seemed untrained and unbothered by guest issues, the facilities were badly maintained, and the breakfast was barely edible - stale, cold, and with very limited options. It’s clear that management does not prioritize guest comfort, cleanliness, or safety.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone- especially not to solo travelers or groups of women. It was an incredibly disappointing and unsafe experience.

The room was nice I liked the location close to the sea and walking distance to Old Town.

iI did not like that they ask an extra fee for beach access, when the hotel was already pretty expensive. The view from the room was another big house, in general much too expensive for what I got.

Location was excellent. Staff nice. Room was amazing.

My account on booking was compromised but the hotel manager was threatening me to kick me out. If I even wrote something bad, that should not be the case. The room was awful, in the basement like a prison cell

Our gorgeous spacious family room for 4 adults and our time in the Spa! Location is also very practical, walking distance from the center/beach. The hotel restaurant across the street was also very good and with a good view on the kite surfers.

The breakfast was excellent lots of variety. All fresh & the cooking was made in the kitchen constantly.Friendly staff & helpful. Location amazing: close to the old city. Room had a fridge.

The dinner I ordered through room service was a take away & it was not good. It was over Easter & everything was shut for the holidays.

The room was very basic with very little decoration. There was no evidence of a luxury or royal features

Room was freezing, aircon not working and staff tried to fix, but unsuccessful as interface too complicated.

Location is good, the sea is near here. The room is big and clean.

The water was cold. There was a bath tube in the bathroom, but because of the low water temperature it was impossible to take a bath.

No air con, no restaurant or area to socialise
