Amazing staff and good food. Everything was as described and expected.

This was an lovely quiet property, walking distance from Juan Les Pins along the coast line. Very friendly, clean and great cocktails :)

only 1 negative is that the WIFI wasn't that strong in our room.

What a find. Beautiful property. Exceptional location. Great alternative to a big, crowded hotel. While not large, rooms had everything we needed. Great pool. The very kind Sabrina looked after us.

A very relaxed quite hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel pool and grounds were very clean and well kept. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu and the food was excellent. Our room was also very clean and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The small local beach is only a short walk away.

There were no restaurants within walking distance but the hotel did have a golf buggy available to ferry you to local eating places.

The owner is amazing and so hospitable. It is so nice to stay at a beautiful small villa/hotel. We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely and relaxing stay. The room was so clean and had amazing closet space. The location was amazing. Right down the street from a beautiful beach. Easy walk to town, le sentier du littoral and many more beautiful spots. The pool is so nice to relax at. We would definitely stay there again and couldn’t recommend it more.

Great location! Very clean and functional! Love a towelling robe and the mini clarinet products. It has a cute motel vibe but was perfect for us as we were out and about. Very comfortable beds!

The rooms were quite small but ours was more spacious / hygienic / nicer compared to 1932 which was the other hotel where people stayed.

Fantastic Villa for a few days in Antibes. Incredible location maybe 2 mins walking to a very nice beach. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay here. This is a small hotel, only 12 rooms, and it was so friendly. The team on reception were really helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was of an excellent standard. We went to beach clubs both days we were there, but on both evenings spent an hour by the lovely pool, cooling down. The rooms are nicely done. The beds are very comfortable. There aren't any restaurants really close by, but it is really easy to organise taxis...often the taxi was a golf cart which we loved!

There are no views from the grounds, which is why we chose to go to the beach. Our room had a roof terrace and we could see the sea from that.

Located on a quiet block (there was ongoing construction noise but not the property), comfortable beds, cute pool set up. Rooms were very nice. Electric bikes available at cost. Safe property with locked gates and beautiful garden. Comfy robes and nice bath products. Staff was sooooo kind and friendly and we could tell how hard they are working and running the entire show.

Very expensive stay (we purchased a suite) over 1000$ for two nights so I thought I was splurging on a luxury hotel for the end of our trip which was my mistake. We both work in hospitality so a few things were off to us. WiFi didn’t work inside room. Nice TV by couch but no internet connection. Costs money to park inside the hotel gates, breakfast is 25$ a person as well. Was hard to find peace and quiet— owner and friends were loud by pool and took over the gym in the morning. Very nice man. Felt like I was kind of staying in some one elses home rather then be a guest at a hotel. Hotel shuts down at night so no one is there if you need help.

The attention to detail is fabulous in this small boutique hotel, beautiful decor, the bed is incredibly comfy, the shower lovely, the walk in wardrobe has everything you need including a lovely tote bag to take to the pool or beach! They also offer bikes to borrow and we had a lovely time exploring the old town etc. We loved our two nights there and we will be back.
