La Place Boutique Hotel

Everything from the location, the atmosphere, staff, cleanliness, all great..it's a must go place for Antibes.

Friendly welcome. Comfortable bed, well equipped shower room. Quiet. On the first floor, which suited us as there is no elevator. Couldn't be better located for the town. A well stocked bar so a little nightcap was a treat. A bottle of water in the room was also very welcome.

I stayed at La Place Boutique Hotel for one night during a business trip, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive — especially regarding my request for a late check-in, which we arranged easily through Booking. The hotel is beautifully designed, with cosy, tasteful interiors and a welcoming atmosphere. My room was spotless, comfortable, and elegant. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely return!

Cute small hotel in the heart of Antibes. 10-minute walk to the train station. Very friendly and efficient staff; we felt very much at home at the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Room was on the small side but very functional and quiet. Nice view over the roofs of Antibes. Comfy bed. Well-organized bathroom with good lighting. Reliable wifi.

Stairs to our room, but we knew about it. And it was worth it.

I had a third floor walk up with heavy suitcases but fortunately the help there carried them up and down with no problem!

No elevators if you have heavy luggage and have to carry up 2 or 3 floors.

Location, location, location! Could not have been better positioned in Antibes!

No lifts due to the age of the building so you need to book a lower floor if aged or struggling with knee or hip issues.

Lovely small hotel very nice terrace and the staff very helpful. Just close to the start of pedestrian zone so good location.

Staff very friendly and helpful, clean , mainly quiet

The wifi is unsecured which means if you have an iPhone you have to do a hack to connect. (Turn off the vpn, connect directly to the router, log in, then turn your vpn on - or your phone can be hacked). Uses old fashioned keys which have to be locked when you leave. In some rooms the corridor lights don’t come on automatically outside so you hear your neighbours fiddling with their keys in the dark to out their keys in.

Great location in walking distance to port and city center. The room was very clean, but a bit small (of course this was clear at the time of booking). Breakfast was very good.

Centrally located and close to restaurants and shops. The room was small but very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and service was great. Highly recommend.
