The staff were very nice and the service was great. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement, especially the carpet and bathroom. The lighting was also poor. Everything else was fine, but a small fridge in the room would be a big plus.

Apart from the cold room, poor internet WiFi, and the dirty walls, it wasn’t bad overall.

The room was too cold. The wall was dirty and disgusting. WiFi was so poor.

The mattresses and linens were terrific quality. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The staff at the desk all shifts were really nice.

Parking is in small spaces. With two hotels, someone in the same room number (but in the other hotel) knocked repeatedly on our door one night trying to get in, thinking his key did not work.

Location not far from CDG Airport , some restaurants / pub near bye .

Disappointing

the bed had a stain on it as if the sheets hadn't been changed and I was bitten like crazy during the night!!

I didn't like anything.

The room was filthy, with an unbearable smell of cigarettes, I couldn't stay a single night. I booked for 4 nights and lost my money because the place stinks.

location for a secure car park-staff were well mannered food was good the shower could of been a bit more cleaner thobut overall was a good experience

Everything, including the staff, I did not sleep there for one night, I moved to Golden Tulip and lost €453 because I was being missed by booking .comI sent a mail to booking.com, and there no response until now

The bedroom was OK and clean

The toilet was dirty. The bath had brown stains around the drainage hole. It was superficially clean but not great.The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We only stayed here because of a wedding nearby.Would not choose to stay here.

Green space surrounding the property was great. It is always nice for the kids to have space to run around outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us change rooms due to the smell of cigarettes on our arrival.

The showers in both rooms were barely warm, there was mildew in the bathroom, and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Our room on arrival smelled of cigarettes and we were able to change rooms, however we could intermittently smell cigarettes throughout the night due to other guests smoking.

Very handy for the journey from South to North France. Attendant on reception friendly. Bed was comfortable. Clean. Water in shower was warm.

Very, very basic. No towels- had to go to reception to ask for them.Paper cups with tea making facilities and no teabags/ milk/sugar provided. Struggled to get out the 3rd junior bed.

Traditional motel - good sized room, shutters, good shower. Quiet.

Popular with men in white vans - they get in late and leave really early.....

Nice helpful staff. Quite big parking right next to the facilities. A good place to stop during travel for one night. There is a very good restaurant near the hotel.
