The Hotel is well located and budget friendly.

I had booked a room with only one double bed and a garden view. However, we received a room without any garden view. The room was smelly, and there was an extra bed above the double bed, which made the space feel cramped. This was not the room we had booked online. Since we were just spending the night on our way back home, we didn’t make a fuss about it. However, we had booked a good room and ended up with a poor one.

On arrival I had booked the wrong day, but the receptionist was very helpful and kindly changed it without any extra charge

It was very dirty. Crusty stains on the sheets, bathroom had soap scum around shower and sink. There was a bogey crusted on the bedside table and the head board was covered in dust and dirt. It also stank of cigarettes.

The location is so nice and the people who work there are nice also. it's so close to the store. It's so wonderful to walk there, so calm and peaceful.

The only good thing was location and secure car park.

It was filthy. The floor and skirting dusty. I don’t think the floor was clean. The bathroom had brown staines on sink. The ceiling had a hole in it, and paint coming if the wall. The toilet brush had all sorts attached to it. Only one light worked. I don’t think it was legal to stay in such a room.

The room size did not reflect my expectations.The room floor was dirty, the bathroom dirty with hair.The toilet roll was half way used , no hand soap, and shower gel practically non existent.The Bathroom curtains filthy and the room dusty around the heater and skirting boards.

The bedding seemed clean, checkin was early, 2pm, and checkout was late, midday.

It’s a massive dive. Just workmen drinking and smoking. Not til late cos they’ve all got work in the morning, and they seemed polite, but not an ambience for families. Room stank of damp. Bathroom is an airport toilet. No exaggeration. Breakfast was beyond basic, some types of bread and apple compote. No protein in any form.

Location was good and close to shops.

Spider webs in room. Moulding smell. Taps are old and rusty.Bedsheets and blanket were clean but not the cover above.Door did not shut of the bath cabin.

I was not expecting high standards and was aware the rooms would be small. Unfortunately the rooms were dirty and looked like they had not be cleaned at all. The bathrooms are too small and old and not fit for purpose. I am pregnant therefore could barely fit in the toilet and felt claustrophobic so had to keep the door open.

Bed was comfortable.

No soap. Door could not be closed to bathroom. Room smelled of smoke.

Secure, gated accommodation. Who needs 5 star luxury at 5 star prices when all you need is a clean, comfortable room in a secure building. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is nothing I didn't like but I would advise the owners to install a few grab rails in the bathroom for the added safety of elderly guests.

One must come with the appropriate expectations, this is a 2 star budget property and for that, our stay was pleasant. We only needed a place to shower and sleep and this was an adequate choice on a smaller budget.

The first room we were placed in had a running water problem in a neighboring room and instead of swapping us initially they had us wait while they called their plumber. When it was established that the noise would not cease they eventually swapped our room out. They could have prioritized guest comfort more quickly but everything was resolved. This process was annoying but ultimately these things happen, not a big deal.

Too much noise from cars and people on the first floor, especially if your room faces the parking lot. I couldn't sleep so i left.

The breakfast is acceptable for the price we pay for the rooms .

The rooms is little too small but the major problem is that the room we had was on the ground floor & the floor was wet 24 hrs maybe water fm ground getting into the floor of the room . The blanket have holes maybe some insect bit it . The walls have black moles on it . Often a result of condensation cause the room is always wet .

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good for the money.

There was a smell in one of the rooms (drains). Rooms were not close together. Need to have signage up in breakfast room as to which section is for which hotel. Some people making noise outside one of our rooms.

The 1st room we got given had an infestation of ants, but the man at reception was very polite and helpful and changed it with no questions. The 2nd room was better, but neither had air con so we bought a fan from local shop and the rest of the stay was adequate.
