Breakfast was not to great

Location; it was quiet. Staff; the manager and staff were friendly and helpful. Our corner room had great Lightning and ventilation.

The breakfast was just ok. There should be a toaster available. The bed was too firm.

The property is beautifully maintained and fully staffed to high professional standards. The attached parking is an additional bonus at a coastal location. The welcome greeting from the lady on reception was above and beyond wildest expectations- her kindness and concern and hospitality throughout my visit made it memorable. I have already booked a return visit.

Very nice hotel next to the sea with free parking places. The room with the sea view is great. Comfortable bed and bathroom, clean and good breakfast. Nice balcony.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by nature, near the sea and in a quiet and peaceful area. The facilities are great, clean and with everything you need. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We loved having parking included in the price of the stay. Breakfast offered a variety of sweet and savoury options, all very fresh and delicious. Coffee was also pretty good, which is not always the case when it comes from a machine. Overall, we are hoping to stay again the next time we pass through.

Unfortunately the walls or vents in our room carried the sound from the television next door. The people in the room were up until 2am and being able to hear their tv didn’t allow us to sleep properly.

Unfortunately, we need to stay only one night. Everything was good, the staff, the room, the view to the sea, the forests' smell, parking, breakfast

The beach was so close, the pool was delightful and the restaurant was fabulous. The breakfast was great! It was a little hidden gem.

Fairly basic facilities but no complaints

Big spacy room that adds comfort to your stay. Breakfast is nice and probbaly worth it's price, private parking right in front of the hotel. Close to the Monaco, Menton.

Noisy fridge, finally asked too turn it off and that fixed the problem. Noisy door locks, you can hear neighbours opening the room, thats weird fact.

It’s a fine hotel but a bit of a way from ventimiglia. Good supermarket close by. Good breakfast.

Shower, doors hanging off. Not very personal.

Breakfast could really be improved. The coffee machine is rather sad. Eggs would be a great addition.

Polite reception

We got the worst room in the hotel where the room window is blocked by another house making the room dark and claustrophobic. The room is next to the elevator which makes it noisy. The room furniture was old while the fridge was making constant noise. Breakfast was disappointing. Wireless network not working due to rain and no mobile network signal at the location.

The view was wonderful, room clean, comfortable, I'm just very satisfied

A bit grumpy reception person, and a bit ignorant staff (i wanted to get boiling water for my tea, kitchen staff just heated water in the microwave)

First morning going down for breakfast, 08;20 the scrambled egg was cold also the bacon, but otherwise coffee okay and the other choices on offer. Second day early 07;30 all hot and more enjoyable.. perhaps they could keep the choices hot throughout the breakfast hours.

nothing really.. backs on to a school and noisy when outside playing but eh...

The room was clean and spacious, close to the beach, ample parking space and decent breakfast

Large parking spaces, great location and clean and comfy room, helpful staff. Near a public beach.

Relaxing

The air conditioning is difficult to fix on the desired temperature. It automatically sets at 26 degrees. Too cold!
