Breakfast was just ok. I had to ask the floor repair man to stop his deafening noise so I could finishThe view was almost perfect

The room and terrace were fantastic and the restaurant was also very good even in the low season. Easy access to the shuttle, very helpful and friendly staff.
No place to eat in the middle of the day during the low season. You must go to the Mont to find anything to eat after 10am in the low season.
Beautiful view of Mount Saint Michel!! Floor-to-ceiling window looking out onto our balcony with Mount St. Michel in full view. Comfortable upholstered chairs around a small table created a lovely sitting area to sit and sip wine, chat & play cards. Small fridge supplied 4 bottles of water. Comfortable beds. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and convenient with great service. The complimentary breakfast was a pretty extensive spread & delicious.
We were unaware that they no longer light up Mount St. Michel after dark. That was a major disappointment since one of the reasons we booked a room here was to be able to view it all lit up. Apparently, they stopped illuminating it after dark back during covid and have never resumed. When we asked hotel staff they couldn't give a reason. There were 2 bedrooms in our suite with 2 bathrooms (sink/shower) but only one water closet. With 4 of us staying in the suite, it was a busy little room!
Love the front row seat to Mont Saint Michel. Being the last property before MSM, there was nothing to obstruct views day and night.
The breakfast choices left a lot to be desired for. We had high hopes because when we had dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night, the food was spectacular. However, breakfast was just so so.
We chose this hotel because it has the best location, right across from Mont Saint-Michel. The rooms are quite spacious, and although we couldn't see the landmark from our window because the view was obstructed by the restaurant, the view was still beautiful. Complimentary water bottles and Nespresso coffee maker in room.
The rooms are old and soundproofing is poor. The guests in the room above ours were very noisy (just above us the only family with children in the entire hotel!), and we could hear the parents shouting and the children running around and banging on stuff. The staff gave us another room where someone had used the toilet and not flushed. The lighting was very poor; there was no ceiling light, and the bedside lamps had very dim light. No milk for the coffee in the room. There were some flies in the room, even though we never opened the windows.More flies were found in different areas of the hotel, especially in the restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served. The dinner dishes were small and expensive. Breakfast was average, with only one small toaster for everyone. Earlier, a large group of Japanese tourists had entered and devoured the buffet, leaving little food for the rest. Replenishment was slow. The slanted windows were dirty, spoiling the beautiful view. The access code provided by the hotel for the private parking didn't work, as other reviewers mentioned. The access barrier is far from the hotel, so have a SIM card ready for local calls as you will need to call the hotel to get a new code.
Location was great and we selected a room with a view of Saint Michel which was nice
Our view was a bit off from a straight away look.
We paid extra for a room with an unobstructed view of Mont Saint-Michel. It was worth the money. There is no better view in any other hotel in the town. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The room was fine, with the good heat which was needed in the cold weather. The shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel.
The rooms had a view of Mont St Michel and the bus stop was right in front of the hotel … great location! Breakfast was also good… the hotel is. The closest to the island so easier if you want to walk instead if taking the passeur(shuttle bus)
Nothing comes to mind
Shuttle bus is right in front of the hotel .
No light lit on mont saint Michael . Only summer has light show.
I loved that the room was a good price, located right in front of the bus stop to go to the Mont and that we could see it from our room! It was so beautiful and magical to go to sleep gazing at the Abbey and to wake up to it!
It's a little older and could use some updates to paint and stuff, but it didn't effect our experience at all.
Perfect location and view of the Mont Saint Michel. Restaurant on site was excellent.
Dining area with a magnificent view of Mont Saint Michel. I had my breakfast everyday during the stay. The location of the hotel is the closest to the site of Mont Saint Michel, where you still can park your car next to the hotel.
The room was generally clean. The only problem that I had was the water storage of the coffee machine. I believe that the water storage was never properly cleaned up because I can see a bit of green gunk, possibly algae, attached to the storage wall. It doesn’t bother me because I don’t drink tea or coffee in the room and they do provide bottles of drinking water. The only downside is I can’t get to drink warm water because I think the coffee machine is not safe to use. I’ll suggest to provide electric kettle and instant coffee powder sachet instead of coffee pad/capsule with the machine. This would make the cleaning process much easier.
It’s the closest to Mont saint Michel. Restaurant is good. Breakfast options are good.
Rooms are a bit dated.
Spectacular location if you’re looking to stay off of Le Mont Saint Michel! It is the closest hotel and it offers amazing views of Le Mont. Our room had a partial view of Le Mont Saint Michel and it was magical! We arrived in the evening, and were able to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant that exceeded our expectations! After a delicious dinner we took the bus which passed the stop right in front of the hotel about every 10 minutes to visit Le Mont to explore the village during the night. Buses to Le Mont run until around 11 PM. We decided to walk back so that we could enjoy the nighttime views, and it took us about a half an hour. It was such an amazing experience as there were only a handful of people walking around the village at night. We returned to the next morning to tour the Abbey. This was a 10 out of 10 experience not to be missed if visiting France! Note that during the evening the high tide came in so we had to wait for low tide so that the buses could access the road.
The location could not be better. The hotel is the last before you walk to Mont Saint-Michel and every view is breathtaking. The restaurant is good - breakfast has an excellent array of choices. Parking is free and plentiful. We were there at the same time as the Bayman Triathlon and, although energetic outside, not disruptive.
The towels are tiny and rough. Our room was extremely warm - fans were provided, but in the summer it would be intolerable.
Very specious room. Comfortable bed and sitting area. The terrace, while not having a view of Mont St Michel,, is pleasant to relax in. Breakfast served in the restaurant with amazing view.
Room was nice and large.
We paid more for a hotel that had room views of Mont St Michel. While we did have a view of Mont St Michel, please know it is not lit up at night. We were not in our room during the day so we paid a lot for a room with a view that you can only enjoy during the day. Dinner at the restaurant was quite expensive and slow. After waiting more than 30 minutes for dessert, we left. They did take it off our bill.
