Amazing personnel. Easy street parking. Absolutely delicious breakfast so make sure you pay for it!. Beds were comfy. Daily make up of room.

Property is extremely old. There are no showers just a tub and hand held device. Owner was kind enough to give us a handicap room so we had a shower.

A wonderfully romantic place within short walking distance to both the train station and the bus that leaves every 15 minutes for Mont Saint Michel.

I wouldn’t recommend for the summer!

No air conditioning, no fan, no freezer… super hot room even during night… maybe for the winter is good but for summer was awful!

The food is very good. The area is very clean. The person works in dinning area is a nice person.

Conveniently located very near Pontorson train station. The room is spacious & very cozy. I also appreciate that you can close/open the window shutters outside for blackout. Bed is really comfortable & the room has a cable tv with English channels. Breakfast was really good.

I agree with some of the comments here about the shower situation. While I appreciate having a bathtub, I prefer a proper enclosed shower area because you need to hold the telephone shower & you have to be careful when showering. Otherwise, you’ll end up with a very wet bathroom.Nonetheless, I would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Mont Saint Michel.

The location is great, we stayed here ahead of visiting Mont St Michel, there was secure parking, the hotel was a bit dimly lit, the bathroom had a tiny bath with a shower head but no holder and the bathroom plug didn’t work so it was hard to bath. The breakfast wasn’t up to much, expensive for the what you get, I really wouldn’t bother. I asked for cereal without nuts as I have an allergy but the hostess didn’t assist. It was okay but I wouldn’t return.

No fridge, no proper shower or jug for cup of tea. Lights were to dim couldn’t see.

Big room, wifi works well

We book one queen bed instead received two single beds, the room smelled musty, the breakfast wasn't good just boiled eggs, bread and yogurt and there was space in the parking lot but the hotel suggested to leave our car in the street

Quite pleasant, clean and comfortable. 100metres from Pontorson railway station and the shuttle bus to Mont Saint-Michel.

Sliding doors on showers meant early leavers woke us up, 21 gun salute!They need cushioning, an east fix.

The rooms have no air conditioning, for hot evenings you have to sleep with the wide window open which is not great due to the road noise and early deliveries. There no other ventilation, not even a fan, if you have no AC at least provide a Fan.

Parking was an extra charge, then the garage doors for security didn't work.

Close to the train station had an elevator

The bathroom only had a bath which was difficult for my elderly mother to get out of. No refrigerator which was a problem for storing medicine. Despite the restaurant being closed, there was a sign saying we could not bring our own drinks into the room. Badly needs to be updated to cater for contemporary travelers.
