Westotel Pornic Cote de Jade

Free parking and location

Late check in

Good hotel and parking on a super location.

The breakfast was standard not What I expected.

The room was very confortable.Restaurant and breakfast on terrasse was very good. Good and excellent services.

Sauna and Hammam are very small and pool is not on the same floor.

It was clean, functional & great location. Breakfast selection was good.

My electricity cut out on the last night completely and although it was resolved in the morning - I was surprised that I was not recompensed for the hotel issue ( even as a gesture) I had dinner one night at the restaurant- my starter was delicious, however the main course was heavy and oily, even though it was a Sea Bass … disappointing. Again I told the hotel and shared feedback but nothing was offered as a gesture. They also did not have any dessert options for someone who is dairy intolerant - which is not suitable these days at a 4 Star hotel.

Lovely large room and balcony with a nice view. Spacious, clean and very quiet. Safe under ground parking.

Everything was good.

Nice, quiet, comfortable spacious room. Balcony.

Added touches were missing to make it truly exceptional and a 4 stars hotel (vanity kit, conditioner, robes for spa…) not a big deal but it makes a difference.

Amazing rooms. So big. Only shower in the bath I don’t like. The guy in the restaurant is really fantastic. So kind and friendly. But at the reception they are not trying to help you as a customer.

Not all people at the reception understand that you are a customer.

Upgraded room for free. Very nice and large room.Free car park

Carpet hasn't been dusted in some corners for a long.Terrasses are smoking ones with barely a separation between terrasses so in the summer it's great if your are a non smoker and you leave your window open. No biscuits and only two coffee capsules.Deposit has to be made with a physical credit card.

Good location to Pornic. Hotel was large and room had a balcony. Room was clean and large. Having stayed during a storm, we did not feel trapped in the room at all. View was lovely. Swimming pool was warm and covered.Dinner was tasty and breakfast choice was vast.

The whole hotel was excellent. The rooms have a balcony. We arrived during a storm on a motorbike and they checked if our room was available straight away which it was. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location for Pornic. Room was large and very clean. Good selection for breakfast. Dinner was delicious too. Private safe parking under hotel.

Modern, spacious, well-equipped rooms.Close to the city center.Large free parking.

A really lovely hotel. Really professional and friendly staff. Hotel spotless.

Disappointing

A pitié that the double bed was not a double bed but twins bed badly done as one bed where the middle of this bed was a very uncomfortable whole.

The location of the hotel was good

The breakfast was serve yourselves grab a tray collect cutlery and find your own table which felt a bit like a canteen.Roof top pool very disappointing only a retractable roof which did not open completely made it more like a sauna.

Very clean, very new, excellent location to walk to harbour which was buzzing and very atmospheric

It wasn’t very French but then it’s a new purpose built hotel - pool hours meant on an overnight stay we couldn’t use the facilities before checking out.

Location was fine.

Breakfast always seems a little expensive, but we had breakfast on two of the three days.

Nice location, large room, good reception

Bar staff were rude

Well appointed hotel with secure parking and a small pool. Lovely stroll along the canal to the quais of Pornic

Air conditioning seemed to switch off during the night making the room a little uncomfortable.

Really lovely location and on arrival thought it might be somewhat away from the town, however, literally down the road! 5 minutes of a lovely walk to the port and village.

The breakfasts were really good. Huge selection of every kind of breakfast food you could think of. We had a lovely view over the river and there are lifts so you never have to do stairs. The pool was great and we used it nearly every day.

On some days our rooms were cleaned rather late
