Everything !!! Lorenzo and his wife were so nice, same as Mateo the receptionist, this place is beyond expectations perfect romantic rest in an actual postcard, great breakfast and great restaurants reccommended by Lorenzo

a bit far away from the city but still perfect

The view and pool were amazing. The food was excellent as well.

We were under the assumption that we had a room for 4 people and were told upon arrive that wasn’t possible and was no refund would be made for suite booked. Leaving us no choice but to book additional room for the night.

Amazing views! Hyper quiet and relaxing, even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay we had the feeling that there was nobody else and the entire hotel was just for us. Extremely friendly staff and the evening drinks spot was by far our favorite.

This was the most special property charming, helpful staff! We arrived a day early (our mistake), and they still accommodated us. The pool with a view was stunning. Emma's meals were delicious and the lovely evening waiter/concierge was attentive and lovely to chat with. I could not rate this property more highly!

The parking was a little tricky, and the road to get there a little bit scary but otherwise no complaints at all!

The views and grounds are gorgeous. Our room was very comfortable and nice size.

The drive up to the hotel is on a very scary road. But this is why the views were so incredible!

The views from the location are spectacular but this comes at a price. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Each morning breakfast was full of great food and beautiful surroundings.

Arriving to the property is not easy for an out of town driver. The switchbacks on the road were difficult to navigate and the roads are barely wide enough to accommodate one car in either direction. Locals drive fast and leave minimal room to navigate the road when coming toward you. The drive to Lavagna or Sestri levanti is 15-20 min each way so this is a bit of a hassle. For these reasons I don’t know if the spectacular views make up for this.

A little far from all other things

The breakfast was amazing, staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The restaurant Terra was fabulous. The view from our room was spectacular and the hotel gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon.

The road up to the property is very tricky to navigate. The outdoor wellness centre didn’t open as early as we’d hoped. The gym is still yet to open.

We had an great time there, even with the bad weather.Rooms are large (at least the one we've had), modern and very well cleaned.It's very well placed, not too far from Portofino, and with a little effort (and a car) even the Cinque Terre can be visited from this base.Both restaurants are very good quality, we've had dinner in both of them.Breakfast is not buffet, so it's difficult to compare it with other 5 star hotels, but it's good enough.

The personnel in the reception is not exactly 5 star and there's a lot of noise from the cleaning people.

The outdoor dining area is one of the highlights, with beautiful sunsets that enhance the dining experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the stay.

While the experience was nearly flawless, the only minor issue was the Wi-Fi signal, which occasionally dropped in certain areas. However, this hardly detracted from the overall relaxation and enjoyment.

The hotel is romantic, the staff are very classy, ​​the services are excellent, and the restaurant has excellent food.

The street to the hotel is very narrow, especially if you have a large car.

Location. General aesthetics. Views. Pool albeit small. Bathroom. Food.

Staff were meaning well and kept trying but weren't always delivering. The water in the pool was brackish and had a bug infestation at the corners.

A wonderful resort with one of the best views we have ever seen. The whole staff was so kind, the food in both restaurants as well as the breakfast were amazing - we had a perfect stay. A big thank you!

Nothing! The property has an amazing view from uphill, of course for that you need to drive up there and its not next to the city and beach.

Incredible service, staff is truly dedicated to the guests. It’s easy to do a day trip to cinque terra or portofino from nearby train stations. Restaurants were great, especially Terra.

There can be instances in Lavagna where there are no available cabs and you have to wait 20 minutes for the Hotel to call a cab.

Would have been helpful for resort information to be explained on arrival (shuttle, boat etc) rather than having to scan tv for it.

Our airco did not cool and could only warm the room. The staff thought it was a technical problem but it had to do with the general settings of the main airco

Incredible vista, stunning rooms, only 15 suite which makes the hotel rather boutique.Very friendly and accommodating staff members. Beautifully maintained garden and amenities.Great restaurant vista with good collection of food varieties
