- Staff was helpfull to explain where to park the car and find the nearest grocery. The bed was comfortable.
- Lovely breakfast, great location, clean spacious bathroom, polite staff.
- The desk guys were very nice and took my bag to my room. My complaints are because of me. The hotel is at the edge of the strip and I had to take a bus and walk to get there. Not near the center. I don't know how it has three stars, especially compared to the other three-star hotel I moved to. Night and day. It has three stars but no elevator. Which is OK unless you want an elevator. No air conditioning which is OK unless you like air conditioning. I didn't even try to get wifi. The room was very small and crowded and I left after two hours. It was clean enough just tired. No desk per se. So small, one side of bed had a chair instead of nightstand. I really debated whether to even check in. The stairs were very difficult due my breathing issues.
Cons -
- One bottle of water could be offered for free instead of paying 1,5 EUR.
- You can hear the noise from other rooms and from the AC unit.

The location and staff were great. The breakfast was above average!
No parking and no lift. The room we had was dated.
Location, close to train station and centre of old city, wide spread for breakfast
Noisy building
Very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast had everything you could imagine. Close to the center of town and very clean and comfortable.
It was really close to the seashore and the city centre. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it was really amazing. The wide range of products you can eat and taste. The staff was helpful and could speak English a little bit. The room was clean and tidy, the air conditioning worked well, but the WiFi connection was pretty low.
It is close to the railway station that is why it was a little noisy during the night.
Location and friendly staff and a good variety breakfast
Be AWARW OF BEDBUGS! The rooms had more than 100 bedbugs in beds and sheets. Disgusting! Within one hour of sleeping, I got more than 30 bites and my body itches like crazy. I only noticed when I turned the light one hour after sleep and 100 bed bugs walking over me. They changed my room overnight but it was a bit too late! Disgusting. When I told them in the morning they claimed its moskitos. But I have pictures to prove!!! ??
They were super gentle, give us great advice on free beach’s, restaurants, bars, etc around! The breakfast was really good, and the place in general is great managed! To add, is super close by the train station and a super market.
The name. Nothing else
Old. Worn down. Very noisy street all day and night. No kettle in room. No nothing.
Great location, good breakfast and wonderful staff
very cozy hotel. comfortable mattresses. perfect cleanliness. quite convenient location of the hotel. walking distance to the beach, promenade, restaurants, supermarket
Everything was really well. Very friendly staff. The bed and shower were very small but it was fine with me. It is an Italian thing. The breakfast was very good too. So many items available to chose.
We loved our stay at Hotel Ferrari. We extended our stay from four to six nights! The staff are wonderful. We had a large triple room with a balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The cleaning staff were very thoughtful and brought a third luggage rack for us when they noticed we had 3 suitcases. The room also has a safe with a key and a refrigerator. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the location, a short walk to the marina, train station, and city center. Chiavari is a lovely town and a great base for exploring the region. It is also a very good value.
The hotel staff were welcoming and charming to us.The breakfast buffet , which extended down both sides of the long dining room, was the best we've had in Italy, the choice was enormous, from traditional cakes and pastries to many choices of muesli, nuts, dried fruit, eggs and cheeses. Even bottles of Activa macrobiotic drink !After breakfast we went for a walk under the colonnades of nearby historic Chiavari, which was very atmospheric on a rainy day. All in all we had a lovely stopover here.
Breakfast had loads of options with a really varied selection.Location was perfect for anywhere you need to go in Chiavari and close to the train station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms weren't very soundproof so you would get quite a lot of noise from the road and the train, which was especially disturbing early in the morning.Wifi wasn't great - made video calls hard to doStaff were generally nice but the check in process wasn't great - not much information was provided or much of a initial welcome
The location is great. The facilities are clean, and the room was large. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great - especially the cappuccino!
Nothing really.
I have never seen such a big choice of breakfast food, incredible. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, even welcomed us back, after 5 yrs since the last visit, wow!
I wish the Yoghurt was kept on ice so it wasn't runny and warm. Our side of Hotel did not have good internet connections, bit frustrating having to go downstairs to get a better connection, but a minor problem
Exelent location, very kind personal ,clean room, very good brekfast The best and most kind man works in night shift he s name is Vito .
Clean room in central location.Staff were friendly and helpfulBreakfast was lovelyReasonably priced
Room was clean but on small side.Shower block was a bit small to get into..was fine for me but would imagine anyone slightly larger would have problemsWalls were a bit thin as could hear person in next room snoring as was water or air con noises quite loud in middle of night
