The reception staff were friendly. There was a free car park which was handy and you get an access pass for the beach. The local towns are lovely and well worth the walk/ drive to explore. Bathroom was newly renovated and very nice.

It was a budget option for a quite high price. Rooms are small, outdated and dark. Aircon broke one night and was noisy every night. Skip the breakfast - terrible!

The room was comfortable and clean, with a great location and convenient private parking. Breakfast was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

Breakfast options were mostly sweet pastries and desserts. It would be much better to include more vegetables, fresh food, and healthier choices.

Location was great. Aircon was nice and very clean room!

Well located and clean hotel. Everything needed is nearby. Very convenient is the included parking at the hotel and the private beach. Value for money and recommended.

The young Lady and the Young man at the reception are very very friendly, they did their best :) ! The shower was very good and modern

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. The booking information clearly mentioned that the hotel had a private beach space and air conditioning in the room. However, upon arrival, I was told that these amenities are only available starting from June 1st—something that was not communicated at all prior to booking.This lack of transparency felt misleading and left me feeling deceived. I booked one large double bed and got two twin beds instead. They didn't change on complaining, saying the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was average.

Francesco on the front desk was fantastic, so friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good, staff friendly. Free access to umbrella and chairs at beach was handy.Lavagna itself is handy to stay to visit prettier areas on coast.

Beach was just OK as far as look and feel. Hotel sits behind industrial complex, so don't expect a beach view.

A cozy room for a one-night stay, we were lucky to get a part of terrace too. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby beach for free places. It also has a private parking which is a great feature!

Trains are noisy, but normally you know it when you book, and there are not many trains in the night. As the hotel has a beach space (in the very back of the beach though), it would be nice to have a rack for towels&stuff.

Good step over for one night with a good location near town - Friendly staff and the access to the lido is near and a great place

Everything was extremely good! Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, tasty breakfasts, free safe parking, super located. Close to beach and city centre. I definitely recommend this place to stay!

Breakfast was simple but good, mostly Italian style sweet pastries but also a variety of tasty fresh fruit. Owner was very friendly and welcoming and the dog was very welcome too. Free parking available.Very big room (4 beds, only booked for 3)
