    Pros +

    • The hotel had a lovely Italian countryside vibe — cozy, full of cute and unique knick-knacks without feeling cluttered. It felt personal and warm. Staff were super friendly, and everything was spotless. We usually avoid shared bathrooms, but this one was so clean and quiet, it didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay again!Although the hotel was small, we barely noticed the other guests. And they also have a terrace where they serve some Italian food & drinks, which was also very cozy.
    • Hotel is nice, clean and offers a lot of places to enjoy your breakfast. There is a parking available with no extra charge of money. Location is quite convenient, just few minutes by walk to the beach or Cavi train station. Plenty of restaurants are nearby as well.
    • Everything was great, Staff was great. So clean and the location was exceptional.

    Cons -

    • It didn't have much ammenities which is understandable for a boutique hotel. The breakfast was very minimal. But fine.
    • Bathroom is not as large as you would expect, especially shower enclosure is really tiny. No room has a balcony, but this is no big issue as there are some dining spots outside. Do not forget to bring your ear plugs, because you can basically hear other guests, elevator or just people passing the corridor.
    • Breakfast a bit expensive for the value (no vegetables).

Very interesting complex with various posibilities of accomodation, lot of places and patios outside in the yard, where you can enjoy your breakfast, coffee, wine... Very nice personal. Everything was Very easy and smooth. Thank you.

For us, the bed wasn't really comfortable, but I understand that it is a matter of taste?. Quite small shower, but it's sufficient.

Very clean and comfy room. It is a bit small, especially the shower but that is ok. All you need is there and the vibe is very comfortable. At the premises you can park and you can sit outside at many spots. It is just a short walk down the stairs to the beach.

Perfect if you like a chill rooftop bar, close to cinque terre. 10min (steep) walk to the train station, two hops from cinque terre.

Finding great food nearby isn't easy.

    Located in a beautiful place

The deluxe room is located in another building which is detached from the main hotel. This room is below the ground floor and has no window. Also, since the room is located in a residential house we could not sleep because of the very noisy neighbours who were partying until 2am and knocking on the wall. No reaction take from the host after contacting them. Finally, we were very disappointed that the beautiful roof top terrace was never open during the indicated opening times.

Lovely quirky decor, fabulous friendly staff - even with a language barrier and a very comfy bed, quaint little bathroom what more do you need. Walking distance to rail link so a visit to Pisa was a must. Open Roof top bar is an extra bonus weather permitting. Ample parking

Bit tricky to find hidden in the hills but Google maps got us there. Walked down to the seafront via steps through a few houses but great really no complaints. If I was really being picky a mirror in the bedroom would have been useful

The staff were soooo friendly. Rooftop is great and there was lots of space for parking. The croissants at breakfast were to die for - but make sure you’re down early enough!

Our room didn’t have aircon - not the hotels fault as this was specified in the small print but we didn’t realise and it was very hot at night

The location was not bad. But the apartment is not for families. It should be recommended for couples or couples with no children

The instructions are not clear, no wifi as indicated, no boiling kettle as indicated, the bed was not made. The towels would be later charged as I called in the morning to ask for extra towels. The coffee would be charged that you took extra. Information was not communicated in advance
