Hotel Bristol

Amazing hotel with amazing and friendly staff. Everything was perfect. Great breakfast, 2 minutes to the beach, a lot of markets around, fantastic service. 10/10

I liked that it was a local hotel and that people actually lived in it. And that it served breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I would have liked breakfast choices to include croissants that were not sweet. The choices of bread products were all sweet except for slices to toast. Otherwise, the breakfast was fine.

Don’t bother

The breakfast, I was made to feel a fool by the staff to such an extent I didn’t eat the breakfast I had paid for in advance, better to eat at a local cafe

Location close to the beach and railway station, breakfast, nice and friendly personel, clean room.

Łack od parking (very hard to find a parkplace- if you find, better leave your car to the end)

Nadia, the front desk personnel went above and beyond. When we needed to find an electronics store, she called around town, found what we needed and gave us contact info and directions to the store. We were amazed at her attention to detail the entire stay. The town itself had a marvelous feeling. It just had a fabulous vibe. The beach was great. Really nice people walking the family dog and children. Beautiful place. Great hotel. Beautiful breakfast.

Everything was really great.

The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts were excellent and we also ate our evening meal at the hotel and were very impressed, it was excellent and not too expensive. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing, it was all good ?

Close to the station. Very central. Spotlessly clean. Air conditioner saved my life. Breakfast was really really really good

People who seem to love slamming doors closed in the middle of the night but that’s not the hotels fault

Good location in the center, clean hotel, very good breakfast, good coffee even if it is a machine. Good value for money.

Apparently, the check out is at 10:30am. We did not know, it is only at 10:15am that the staff informed us. It is written no where. Anyway, it is too early, I travel every week, it is the first time in my life that I hear a hotel with check out time at 10:30am. It is not acceptable. It stressed us, we did not plan to leave so early. If you are annoyed by customers and you don't want customers in your hotel, close the hotel and do another business. Check out time should be 12 like most of the hotels, 11am can be tolerated, but never 10:30am.

It’s a spacious and clean hotel - room was in very good condition and well equipped. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Sound insulation could be better but noise was not intrusive. We were lucky with car parking to find a space outside on the street but I guess it could be an issue.

There is everything you need: elevator, terrace, groceries stores near. Comfortable room with A/C, enough space for clothes and personal items. The location is perfect. Very good staff. Thanks for breakfast and tasty coffee in the morning)Whenever you need anything - just ask hoteliers and they will do their best to help.

It is in a great location close to the beach/train station

The toilet seat doesn’t have leg space!! So one needs to sit at 90 degrees

- No parking, you'll have to park a few minutes away from the hotel.

Great location, close to train station and free street parking right outside. We took the train to cinque terre for a day trip and it worked very well. Good to have AC.

There's no fridge in the room

The hotel is old, however, it is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, excellent AC. when opening the window it is very sunny. the breakfast is good as well. there is free parking right under the hotel but you need to look for one. the location is superb! walking distance from the beach and supermarket that stays open till late! walking distance from the old city. other than that you can drive 15 min to reach Sestri Levante and around an hour or so to reach Rappallo or Monteresso!

Walls are old and seems a bit dirty. Room is quite dark. Bad soundproof.

Very good location near the seafront and the old centre of Lavagna. The hotel was accessible for someone with mobility problems and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too.

Parking was a bit of an issue but we found somewhere we could use our Blue Badge.

Hotel is clean, near the beach, easy to find, , room is nice , near the train station, personal is friendly and helpful, breakfast is nice, , I recommend this place for stay.
