Hotel Santa Maria

Staff really friendly and helpful. It was clean. They waited for us even very late.

For breakfast they did not have eggs and bacon but all food given was excellent. Breakfast was cheap.

The welcoming was lovely and the location was convenient. Great friendly staff. It was a very short trip, just one night so it is worth visiting Chiavari again!

A bit of traffic noise from the sea front very early in the morning, 6 am.

Hotel was a bit tired…but staff were very friendly helpful and kind …Room was clean comfortable and Baccha (hotel cat) was much loved by my girlfriend

More variety for breakfast as after a number of days it got a bit boring But if your there for a few days then it’s great

This was a real surprise, we were worried about how near to the station it was but there was no need. The staff are very friendly, lovely breakfast and a delightful garden.

Good quite hotel . good location , we took a room with a balcony and see view , comfortable. ... Near the hotel, at the port of the city wonderful Brazilian restaurant , highly recommend it .

We asked for an iron, but they did not have it. Not big deal but boring ..., the beach especially by the water, very dirty and stony. I was really surprised to see such in Italy . I expected a twin bed as it was in the description, but they were 2 separate beds together result not very comfortable ... In the confirmation the price was with 3 euro city tax included ...when we were leaving the hotel in the morning, they asked the tax separately ..

Very good location , beach is near and all different kind of restaurants are near by walking of 5 mins. Very quiet environment and the room also very clean . Public transportation also very easy to get from hotel. All staff are very kind n friendly. Breakfast also very nice.

The staff are so nice they accomodate us so well and the location of the property is accessible to restaurants,station,supermarket and the spiaggia libera

none i like all of their ammenties they have roof top to sunbathe and at night you can chill too

The staffs were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfort. The room has a nice and big balcony with sea view. The breakfast was fantastic.

The stuff was helpful and kind when we had a problem with the room and we had an early check-in which was pleasant.

The breakfast was horrible. We were told that it was a buffet but it was certainly not. It only had 1 kind of bread and 2 kind of pastry. We could not get cheese and sliced meat for ourselves because the lady was portioning it for everyone, and we felt really uncomfortable. The rooms were really small and it did not have a balcony. Also, the train was next to the hotel and it was loud and the fridge was dirty.

We had a great room overlooking the water on the Third floor. Spacious and clean. All staff were so friendly. Breakfast staff was lovely. Parking was great. A bit of a walk to some beaches but the walk along the water was lovely.

Nothing, could have stayed longer.

we had a room looking over the beach it was very nice, also easy to walk everywhere the area is very flat no hills,The actual city is very nice and clean with plenty of piazza's to just stop and take everything in, great place.
