• Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing and frustrating. I arrived late at night, exhausted, only to find I had been given a room with two beds instead of the one I had reserved. The room was on a noisy part of the second floor, and to make things worse, the bathroom was dirty, which was upsetting after a long day of travel. The next day, I asked for the room to be cleaned, but it was still dirty afterward. On top of that, I was questioned as if I were making it upwhich felt really unfair and uncomfortable. I truly dont understand why I would lie about something like that. The issues didnt stop theremy room key didnt work at all during my stay, so I had to go to the front desk every single time I needed to get in. The elevator button also didnt work properly, adding even more stress. This experience left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I hope these concerns are taken seriously, as no guest should have to go through this.
