Location, friendly staff, facilities.

Breakfast - not enough choice of savory items.

Comfortable beds and great breakfast.

Rooms slightly outdated and very small. Sigh...another hotel shower that gets the entire bathroom wet. Those little glass walls that only extend 1/3 of the length of the tub are mostly useless.

Lovely room - we got an upgrade as there was a school trip in and we had a lovely suite. The staff were very friendly and approachable and easy going. Great location for the ski lift.

The pool and shower in the spa was freezing!

the rooms were fairly big and the bed was big and comfortable. The staff was friendly although on the peak times there was not enough of staff to check the people in. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of options.

Our bed sheets had some stains on them.

Enjoyable stay this hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, close to restaurants and local sights. Room clean.

Pillows were very soft, offered no support at all.

Unfriendly, did not read or comply with request of parking space and room at high floor. Room was too small for 2 people, paint worn, no socket at bedside to charge phone. DOESN'T DESERVE TO HAVE 4 STARS, A LOT TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS

Apparantly no space for our bikes but car park suggested otherwise.Messaged through booking . Com re beds and parking but was not received. Staff were really good but disappointing parking as had to leave in public car park! Otherwise all good

Very nice clean modern hotel with excellent hospitality

Only one small pillow each and the toilet was tiny, no room to comfortably do what you need to do, a huge fail ?

Internet was very slow or at times even not working. I had to work but then could not because of bad internet connection. Then : bike room - a mess! Very dirty, completely overfilled. No camera to watch mischief people mishandling the bike. There was dirt, dirty cloths. Garbage and furniture in the bike room. Overall I would NOT recommend as a 4 star hotel

Food was good, nice variety of dishesStaff were every friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to the proprietor for taking me in his car to hospital after a fall and also liaising with the reception for me there too. His kindness was just what we needed after having a skiing accident.always lovely cakes and savouries available during the day, regularly replenished too

It's fine

I've ok French but the staff would be advised to speak more slowly to guests in French. They have an accent that isn't taught internationally, it's understandable but it is easier to understand if they speak more slowly and make an effort to acknowledge that visitors speaking French are making an effort. We are the ones spending money in the town that sustains jobs there. The idea that we'd speak English to foreign visitors the same way we speak to one another in Ireland... it just wouldn't happen.

Fantastic friendly, helpful staff. Bed was super-comfy.

Lack of private parking. Breakfast/lunch option is a bit odd in that you go for breakfast and take away what you want for a lunchtime picnic. May suit walkers, skiers and cyclist who will be away for the day but didn’t suit us.

The formulas, breakfast and brunch . Free cafe and drink with a nice snack the afternoon.

Don’t forget to book parking. But large and free parking 2min walking from the hotel

The breakfast and evening meal were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We missed out on parking as the car park is very small. We parked in a nearby secured underground car park.
