No lift, thin walls, tight closet/storage Unaware of electrical blind, apparently the button Above the bed so we had the outdoor light shining through the balcony window all night.

Small room with no balcony. Very poor water pressure in the shower. Fairly secure parking for our motorcycles. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but plentiful.

From 8 pm to early morning there is no emergency contact, mind your key card...

Perfect value for money. Simple but lovely breakfast. Location is great 15min by walk to the slopes and less than 10min walk to the old town. Please note that the street is very steep and up hill, so even if you can walk it is not suitable for elderly or people with disabilities.

Very stylish and comfortable hotel - extremely clean with everything we could have wished for. Breakfast was great - lots of variety and very tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful and prepared to go the extra mile to help. Parking on-site was a bonus and very convenient location for the Old Town (and the main town down the hill). We would certainly recommend this hotel and will return.

When we arrived we waited to long be checked

Very close to the old Cite Vaubon. My room has an excellent view across the town and the mountains. A good breakfast buffet is served. The staff/owners are very friendly.

Fabulous room, very short walk up to the old town although we didn't arrive till 5pm so most of the shops were closed. Lovely to wander around and had a drink at a bar before wandering down to the newer part of town. Plenty of restaurants open and had a fabulous steak frites.We only stayed one night but everything was great - kettle and coffee machine in the room and a very comfortable bed and pillows.

Quirky little hotel within a very short walk to the old town. We stayed in a family room, up a little staircase which was quite cool. The staff were friendly, and it was a nice stay. The rooms were cloean.

We stayed in one of the hottest days of our holiday (it was 38 during the day) and the rooms would have benefitted from air conditioning. The car park is quite small, but there is a car park directly opposite.

Good location close to old town, let us leave our bags before check-in time so we could explore the town, staff were mostly friendly, clean

unfortunately no view from the room, one member of staff was less friendly which let the whole place down, basic facilities

The staff were incredibly helpful. We needed help organising transport at short notice across to the next valley for an unwell friend. The staff were super and went above and beyond to find a solution. We were very grateful.

Great location and with parking.Nice rooms with views of the mountains. There is also a breakfast available at the property for 13 euros.

There is nothing to complain about.However, people should know the hotel is located on a fairly steep street.

The balcony was quite nice and we had short distances to the old city but also „downtown“ Briancon

Great location, parking available, lovely rooms and splendid bathroom. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and welcoming.

It was very hot weather (37c) and although it was fabulous to have bit balcony windows a fan would have been very welcome as it got very hot in the room even with the blinds down.

A very nice room in a nice small hotel. Our room had stunning views of the mountains. Ideally located for a walk up the hill to the main town. A lovely continental breakfast with a selection of meats cheeses fruits and eggs. Parking on site which was free.

The location was within walking distance from the shops and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly.

There wasn't a lift and manoeuvrability in the parking area was difficult. In one room there was a lack of hot water.

Booked the hotel and imformed Gregore the manager we would be arrived after reception closed and he said he would e mail instructions to get in all I ever received was a phone message in French how to enter no good if you don’t speak French and on arriving at 2130 after a 6hour drive we had no way of getting in hotel so I guess if you English don’t bother with this hotel very shabby service

Friendly staff . Very welcoming . Comfy bed with a nice en-suite and balcony .
