Nothing. Just the lady at the front desk while we checked in. She was at the desk and taking care of the bar. The lady in the morning was helpful with coffee as well.

Bad mattresses, even worse pillows, dirty bathroom, and extremely noisy pipes.

Very nice, very clean, open. Quite difficult to find. Popular with Bikers, a good thing. Secure carpark. Met our needs. Restaurant wasn't really open but managed to get one meal.

Spacious room with a small.kitchen to make a small meal using frozen food. The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids.

Room was nice, clean bed, clean bathroom, lovely staff, we spent about an hour in the pool :))But the view, wow, absolutely amazing.Would definitely recommend!

Nothing, the room, the hotel, are exactly like the pictures and in line with what we paid for!

- good location- clean- comfortable beds- goos breakfast

- if traveling with colleagues be aware that for a double bed you only get one sheet by standard. It looks this is common practice in FR. They are not too happy if they have to give you another set- wellness shown on pictures didn’t seems to be open at the time.

Bed in dining room difficult to open and leaves little space to move around and access the bathroom from the upstairs bedroom.

Hotel is very clean and has very friendly staff. Breakfast is standard.Wellness area cannot be considered wellness. Rather old and rusty. Pool not nice. Sauna ok, but doesnt have a water bucket and temperature display.There‘s a perfume smell all around the hotel corridors. I didn‘t really like it but thats a question of taste

Room was quiet and beds were comfortable.

Air conditioning doesn't work and signage in room states that its broken but to open a window and enjoy the mountain breeze if get too warm in room. Rooms are extremely dark and feel somewhat depressing. The blinds are attached to windows and not able to open. The gym has no air con and broken weights are sitting around with broken concrete from the weights also spread over the floor. Two of the three machines are broke and cables arent tightened to actually use anyway. Staff member we had at reception was extremely blunt and when asked for assistance on what nearby buses or taxies the hotel could or would usually recommend he didn't know. Hotel is over-priced for what it is and is nothing like the images attached on this site. Hallway has a very, very strong foul smell which during the day is masked with some sort of air freshener however first thing in morning or later hours of the evening this fragrance isnt there and the foul smell is overwhelming.

Ideal for travellers and for 1 night stay in transit. Shops (Intermarché) are close to the hotel.

The breakfast was ok, but not exceptional. Good quality, but not varied enough for a vegetarian diet, for example.Very good location, easy to get to.We liked the hotel's SPA facilities - very nice and comfortable.

Breakfast could have been more varied, at least for vegetarian options.The room had old furniture, and the sink and shower were stained from long use.

Good location, large parking, close bus station for bus to ski pists, convenient ski storage room. Fine breakfast. Fair room and bathroom. A fitness room good for a simple training.

Hard communication in English on reception. The receptionist said that it is cheaper to buy skipasses at the hotel so we did, but we later learned that is was more expensive in hotel than if bought skipasses on pists or online. He later said that he will check to give us a refund, but we never got it. Also, our friends paid their room much more through direct hotel webpage than what we paid through booking, although we reserved at the same time. We had same rooms and ours had a balcony in addition, which they did not have. We would return to this hotel, but would be careful when booking and buying any additionals such as skipasses or similar.

Location only and market near us. Personal was very kind. The woman from the bar was very strange when we tried to drink some our champaigne in the lobby, as she informed us that she called the owner about this big incident. Finally, we bought One bottle from her to avoid problems…

This was a very bad experience for us. First of all we were totally disappointed when we saw our children “room”… this îs not a room it is 2 sqare meters space with two bunk beds- for my 19 and 12 years old children. I wasn’t informed about this. They do not have any photo of “this room” on the site… the breakfast - omlette- always bad, and other elementary food not enough! Vegetables- there are not exist in France!!! I paid 8 eur/pers- but it is not worth it! For sure they need to upgrade it! The bathroom - so small that I was hitting my head and my bones in all the corners!!! I am not big!!! I will defintely not recommend to families this hotel!!!!!

Some of their staff were rude. Cleaning service very late came to the rooms, when everyone were on place already. Rooms small and very old equipment.

Place for storing ski sets, clean towels every day. Spacious parking.

Bathroom was dated and dirty around the shower. Shower base was badly scratched and marked

I stayed with my family for one night only and we had a great stay. We were welcomed warmly by the reception for the check in, the room had the necessary space for four people, the breakfast in the morning was really good, with any sort of food. The location is also a bonus point. We would stay here again!

Nice hotel in a good location with convenient parking and good facilities. Comfortable rooms.

It was -7C outside and the room was very cold.. it had only 1 small radiator and they had removed the control on the wall to use the heating option from the splitter. Only 1 small radiator is definitely not enough for that room.

In general a good location, great breakfast and kind staff.
