Property manager sent me a link to pay €150 deposit and I was unable to complete the payment. I was also unclear on the terms and whether I would be charged or not for €150. I ended up riding to to Briancon to stay there instead.

I stayed in Rm 29, which is non smoking but there were clearly other rooms nearby where smoking was permitted and the smoke permeated into my room, which wasn’t great.No hairdryer

The property was in THE BEST location possible. A five minute walk to the ski lift, a grocery store around the corner, and after a long day on the slopes, it was perfect to not have to walk far at all to get home. The staff were incredible and very friendly, understanding and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful, I would do anything to have one more of their hot chocolates! The room was extremely clean, beds were comfy and we had the best views. If your skiing in Serre Chevalier or Briancon, you should stay here.

Good location, close to restaurants, supermarket and the slopes. Delivered what it advertised and always friendly and helpful staff.

The room I stayed in was completely renovated, new carpet, new mattresses, new and beautiful bathroom. The tv worked great. I stayed last minute and they were very nice.

A very good small city hotel. Very friendly, comfortable and clean. Very good choice of continental breakfast available. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants and trains or buses. Briancon has a wealth of history and there are plenty of walks to forts and the river gorge with its awesome stone bridge.

We liked the location and ability to park off the busy road

Although the hotel is pet friendly, dogs not able to join you in the breakfast room. We didn’t want to leave him alone in an unfamiliar room so we didn’t take breakfast at the hotel but outside at a cafe/restaurant where dogs were very welcome!

Nice small independent hotel right in the middle of town, close to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Great staff welcome and locked facilities for parking the bike.

Very good price performance. Nice location.

The parking was full at the hotel, so we needed to search around, but there is one large public parking quite close, few minutes walking.

Won’t allow bikes in room. We put 20k€ worth of bikes into a garage that’s not even locked during daytime. Unbelievable

No kettle in room and no option to borrow one from reception desk. Went to leclerc and bought one for €9 instead

Bathroom not very well cleaned

The hotel is old, but the rooms are nice, small and clean. very basic.Parking was full, and at the next morning they insisted I leave by midday despite I was the only guest parking there.The location is ok, but overall is not a great value for money.

Very fair price, not luxurious but a very comfortable stay, and free secure parking just outside the hotel was a bonus!

The breakfast buffet was a bit small, but for the price it was still a fair deal.
