Ski Hotel

Breakfast was delicious, the hotel is located in the center of the city. Lots of different choices to pick from. And the staff was beyond wonderful. They even offered water bottles for free to take on our way out. Outstanding

I think rooms need little bit of renovation.The hotel is in old condition and you could see the walls in the bathroom and tiles in necessity to be replaced.

A pleasant and cosy hotel. The hotel staff was attentive and kind. Good and varied breakfast.The room was spacious but needs a little refreshment.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was spacious and clean, and the hotel is located in a terrific spot in the area.

There’s a large window directly facing the bed that looks out onto the parking. There’s no curtain and the light from the parking shines onto the bed during the night.

Good location, very nice team members. We got the new rooms, were cleaned and comfortable, and breakfast was good.

The staff are wonderful. They are helpful, cheerful, and attentive.

Our room was a mechanical disaster. The doorknob fell off the door the first time we closed it. I repaired it with tools I carry. There are outlets hanging out of the wall. There is no power to some of the outlets. There is a row of chairs on the hallway that random people sit in and talk loudly on their phones. There was no soap near the bathroom sink. You need to reach into the shower for soap to wash your hands. The curtains don’t cover the window so you’ll be up with the sun.

Early check-in was not ready, even the hotel accepted my request. 1 hour delay.No AC in the room and the windows without protection for insects No possibility to drink anything from the bar in the evening, even the personal was there.

Hotel has pool and sauna. Rooms are very cozy and spacious. Very good quality of the room and furniture. Super helpful, friendly and extremely professional staff. We been visiting in summer Time however experience and vibe was outstanding.

The hotel needs a facelift and a bit dingy. The cleaning staff only made the bed. Did not replace the towels or clean the floors. We complained and the room was cleaned better. The breakfast was not great either. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. They helped us plan our days in the Dormitor region and gave us brilliant tips.

The cleaning staff did a poor job. Breakfast isn't good. Overall, not a pretty hotel... needs a facelift!

We stayed at Ski Hotel for 2 days,  and received two spacious, modern, and beautifully designed rooms. Everything was new and clean, with lots of natural light, a comfortable bed, and a stunning mountain view. The receptionist was kind, welcoming, and very helpful.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The heating kept turning off, and although the staff turned it on promptly each time we asked, it would shut off again whenever we left the room. Since the phone in the room wasn't working, we had to walk down to reception multiple times to request it be turned back on. There was no trash bin in the room, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell (like sewage), and neither the kettle nor the mini-fridge worked. Most disappointing was that housekeeping didn’t clean either of our rooms at all — apparently because we had left some clothes on the bed, though no one informed us of this policy. They cleaned it later on that night, after we told the receptionist.Breakfast was decent, but coffee was bad, and the bread was completely dry and disappointing.

The hotel is very old.All the furniture in the room very old.The mattress is too soft.

No heating in the winter..I was with my son, 8 years old and they turn of the heating few times in a day because its too expensive for them?! It was some days out - 20 degrees...we were freezing...the pool is not clean and its smells very bad. Our family should go again in the end of February...8 people, but we canceled

Excellent breakfast. Apartment was freshly renovated and was really nice,confortable and clean. Staff is friendly, joyful and easy to interact. We had the feeling that they truly listen and care about their customers' need. The location is in the very center of Žabljak.

Room size was perfect. And sauna was amazing.

The heating was low and therefore it was cold in some parts of the day and night everywhere in the swimming pool, in the room, at the smoking lobby, etc. It was not clear when the breakfast starts , 7 or 7.30 am. And the breakfast is served mainly out of the flour dishes. Additionally, Reception was not occupied at 7 am, we almost missed the bus. Overall, the service is ok.

The staff was super nice all the time, willing to help and smiling all the time. Breakfast was amazing. Bar, Swimming pool and sauna are a plus.

Double bed were two single beds connected, what makes uncomfortable sometimes during the night, besides that, all perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ski hotel. The staff was very helpful in helping us orgazing our hiking roots, and the sauna was very nice after a long walk. Food was good and diversified, and it was very nice bit having to go out after hiking all day. We even have been upgraded!

The water of the swimming pool was a bit cold.
