- The only way to lock my hotel room door was with a physical key. From a safety perspective, it would be difficult to leave in an emergency. As a female traveler, I would have liked the ability to have a chain or another way to lock the door should someone try to enter the door with another key.Personal preference - I would have liked a larger shower - I kept bumping my elbows on the doors while washing my hair.

All was good.
The room was expensive for the size and the amenities. It also advertised in room A/C and the owner had not turned it on for the season yet- so the room was extremely hot. We asked for a fan and was told by the owner we would get one but he did not come through. The included breakfast was just OK for the the money spent on the room. The food in the restaurant was just ok too; it had very little flavor. Would not recommend.
The front staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The location of the hotel was in near proximity of my work location while visiting. The free on-site parking was also a bonus.

The owner let us in about 2 PM even though the rules says we need to wait till 6 pm or pay extra, he was very very nice, amazing guy. Good breakfast, and very nice place to stay, highly recommend!

Was a bit further from Giaveno than stated.
It was an extremely good location for us, a family of three with a small child, as our objective was Zoom Torino. Thus, in just 10 minutes of car driving, we were extremely close to the park, for an extremely good value for money accommodation. Also, the fact that the hotel had also a restaurant, at the end of the day was a "win-win" situation for us. The staff was extremely nice and responded to our needs and requests.
