Comfortable bed, clean room, great food in the restaurant and the pastries were awesome

The air conditioner, while very effective in putting out cold air (very welcome after a long day in the sun on a motorcycle), was very loud and made all kinds of noise. The hotel/ restaurant/bar is also a large busy gas station... if you are longing for ambiance.... this is not it. However, if you want an economical and comfortable place to spend the night, I would come back again.

This hotel isn't hotel it is on the level of student dormitory. We have paid for double room and we get twin bed room as a students.. The beds were like trampoline The wall is really thin so you can hear every movement from the hall, from the rooms ...it doesn't worth it for this price

The bathroom was clean. That's the only good thing I can say about thus rudely overpriced place

Rudely overpriced for its poor value. A road motel with gas station too near to the building and cars noise. The room is very simple. The whole atmosphere was cold and dark. Wifi didn't work. The TV screen was a small PC screen where you can barely see something. Blankets too thin. For 70 euros I would expect a much better value. It even doesn't include breakfast.

It has a restaurant. The views from the rooms facing the back are beautiful. Hot water. Heat during my stay in late November.

The restaurant was closed. It is in need of refurbishing. Everything is very old, smells, needs paint, beds, bedding all need replaced for the price charged. If you walk in on the Via Francigena, you cut through some areas that are the back side of businesses. I would not stay here again.

This a roadside hotel just outside a beautiful historic town. The town is lovely with great bars and restaurants but the hotel needs a refurbishment. It was fine of a one night stay on the Via Francigena.

Location is a bit of a problem as getting to it from the town requires a walk down a busy unlit road.

Nice little hotel, perfect for a short stay. The staff was nice and welcoming, I could even store my bicycle locked up in the garage. Just a short walk to the town centre.

The hotel is fine and clean, the location at a gas station is not the nicest.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was quiet even though it was next to the road. Restaurant was fabulous.

If you will get the room next to the restaurant, they will not let you to sleep. It was noisy until 00.30. I went to reception to ask if they can change the room for me but they didn't help, just said "be patient". The room of my travel partners was full of mold. No safe deposit box. The price isn't worth the conditions and service.

Was relatively cheap accommodation so you get what you pay for. The room was a decent size with window, clean and tidy with comfy bed and decent pillows.

The stuff was nice. There was a bakery and bar, which was great especially because I needed to leave early. It is close to the centre. AC is also a big advantage of this place.

I did not feel comfortable. The room was clean, but not very nice. I needed a last minute accomodation, so I booked it out of emergency, but I would not stay again if I had a choice. It is quite overpriced.

We had a room on the back side with a beautiful view over Tuscany! Great bicycle storage with a locked garage area. Restaurant served excellent pasta (pici ragu)

Hotel is on the gas station, room was clean but old, equipment old, sheets old, walls thin you can hear everybody, receptionist not nice, value vs price is absolutely not. Will not stay here again.
