This is a beautiful boutique style hotel - very unique and charming

Pillows could be a little thicker

Wonderfully serene property with a wonderful attentive staff and great breakfast

Our room was rather small. The bathroom door handle was broken and came off in your hand as you attempted to use it. One time my wife had to open the door from outside the bathroom. We asked for it to be address, we’re told it would be in the morning and it wasn’t.

Location is few steps to the village square

As we learned after getting there, there was multiple facilities under the same name. The place was very loud in the early morning hours. From opening and closing the doors you wake up and can’t sleep.

The parking lot is a short distance away and is walkable. I was able to get a ride coming and going, all in all not a big deal.

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s very convenient, located in a beautiful town. The room was lovely, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. We also really enjoyed the beautiful garden.

We were on our honeymoon and got upgraded to an amazing room! We loved the lush garden and the relaxed and gorgeous swimming pool! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful!

Only the breakfast could get an upgrade but other than that everything was wonderful

The location was the most beautiful of the entire region of Tuscany. Loved the feel of being one the grounds of a castle wherever you walked with cobblestone roads, picturesque views and gardens.

Everything. The room was very comfortable and clean . It had all the amenities you could ask for. The guys at the reception were very kind and helpful. Will for sure return again.

Modern facilities with Tuscan beauty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is done at a nearby restaurant (just few steps from hotel) and food is exquisite, also for lunch and dinner.

The location, breakfast and garden were amazing.

The service was not great. For the price we paid and the type of hotel, I expected much better service. For example, I was in the middle of getting ready, asked for an iron and was instructed to come down to reception to get it myself. Also, every time I wanted to order a coffee or something from the bar, I had to wait and look for people that work there. Also, we originally stayed in a deluxe room which was nice but really dark, then we extended our stay and were moved to a room that was outside of the main hotel building. The "room" is clearly part of a 2 bedroom apartment because to get to the room we had to walk through a living room that had someone's personal belongings all over the place. We tried to address this with the staff, but all they said is that the guest staying in the other room (that also has access to the same living room) refused to remove their things. This room we were given was only separated by a sliding door so there was no sound proofing so we could hear the other guests as if they were in the same room as us.

A beautiful location. Stunning garden and a lovely pool area.

Not much room around the pool or enough bean bags for the amount of people staying at the hotel. The food in the restaurant was really bad. I booked it for my birthday and it cost a lot of money, but was some of the worst food I’ve had.

Nice hotel, love the garden, the relaxtion area, pool. Lovely staff, good service. Love the location of the hotel, near the lovely Piazza. Easy access to other nearby towns like montalcino and pienza.

A stunning location with a great outdoor space. The staff went above and beyond in almost every aspect. An extremely enjoyable stay. FYI - The free car park just outside the city walls is a very short walk from the hotel, used it the entire stay without issue.

Beautiful garden for sitting, room was nice,bed is very comfortble and the hotel is fine.

Parking is away from hotel, and the spa can be used only by the offers which is expesnive (cca 120e per person). The wine with glasses in the room at your arrival (not at the minibar) isn’t free.
