Stunning views and landscape, beautiful rooms, peaceful grounds, incredible hot springs, an amazing pool, spa and endless multiple saunas, a million different treatments, and incredible food. Surrounded by beautiful old towns. Not cheap but worth every cent.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location is good. The views from second level were terrific.

The room was warm. They use a central cooling service and the control set the room level was suboptimal. To offset this we end up taking cold showers to cool us down.

Beautiful location, spongy green grass, sound meditation, saunas, great food, great staff, a bike ride to Pienza.

It is good hotel but only for Spa programs and wellness.

Not sure if it is the right choice for people who would like to spend normal vacation in luxury hotel . To me is it is a wellness hotel . With the same price there are better options in Tuscany if you book early .

Beautiful resort that caters to more Italian couples (and a few families) than tourists. People come here for a wellness break. Need to reserve with spa access, which allows you to use most facilities, including gym and fitness classes, thermal pools, and multiple saunas around the property. The on-site restaurant is good. Breakfast was included in our stay. Dinner was good but a little pricey. There is a cute small town with 4-5 restaurants a 7 min walk away on a landscaped pathway. Rooms are roomy, updated, clean.

Everything and everyone. This location is outstanding. The staff is helpful. The rooms are pristine. The food is exceptional. The activities are amazing. The spa and saunas are catered for rest and relaxation. The premises even at full capacity do not feel crowded. We did not want to leave.

Breakfast and all the meals were amazing. The spa was one of the best I have visited. Staff all lovely. Thank you!

Rooms and the hotel overall needs a update. Rooms and hallways are dated.

Very high level of service, welcome and polite staff. Excellent level of breakfast service and amazing broad choice of served dinner.Absolutely amazing various saunas in the hotel spa. We have enjoyed them a lot.

We suggest spa mineral pool's massages and jacuzzies' work should be improved. They function with very long pauses. It was need to wait about 15 min till they be switched on again. It caused a queue of people waiting for them nearby. It is not clear why it could not be switched on more frequently to let more people to enjoy. If the purpose is to notice the people to give a place to others it could be done as we saw in some Switzerland's spa hotels - some lamps go on to indicate the end of the massage cycle.

We expected the lady hour for the steam sauna was just for LADIES until we saw SEVERAL male customers went in. We went to the spa reception but no solution was given. Disappointed…

Perfect spa retreat where you feel like you have everything for yourself. All The staff were amazing and smiling every Day.

Adler Resort made our honeymoon a blast! Everything was amazing, from the stuff to pools and everything else. The view from every point of resort is amazing. Even tho the resort has so much more to give, to me the view is what bought me.
