VILLA LIBERTY Boutique Hotel - Capitano Collection, Albergo Diffuso, Village Experience

The gentleman that checked us in was a delight and helped me with our luggage. The room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was a grand spread and the lady serving was a delight. Would definitely book again if I were in the area.

Parking instructions were a little unclear and I received a note from an angry neighbor stating that I had blocked their gate and they would call the police next time...lol. Upon checkout, there was no offer of help down the front steps with the luggage.

Great location but difficult to find. Be sure to ask about room darkening shades.

Very good breakfast, Beautiful village

No Elevator!! No assistance for luggage be aware

The stay here was a great pleasure. The Queen room made an exceptional experience, providing bathtube inside and a little private pool (for 4 is enough) outside on a beautiful, big terrace. All members of the staff were kind and we felt cared for the whole stay. The breakfast was pleasant and varied in al Vecchio Forno trattoria, which is 5-minute walk away.

beautiful room and efficient facilities. excellent staff. wish we were staying longer. bike rental next door.

Clean, beautifully decorated, quiet in good location and very comfortable. Breakfast is offsite in a trattoria owned by same group but very generous portions and made to order - much better than the usual buffet breakfasts. Free public parking nearby. Great value for what you get!

A perfect place in every way. There is an amazing breakfast. Parking is paid. It should be noted that the staff is lovely. The room is incredibly clean and nothing is missing.

Parking problem

The staff from the people at the reception, serving the breakfast , or helping you to park the car, all were exceptionally attentive, respectful and they were always smiling. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was good.

Beds could be more comfortable and room was odd and old, but I m looking forward to our next visit.

GreaT LOCATION!!! Room was clean and spacious

Parking I paid for was very tight

Nice modern hotel, not sure about 4*... wifi of poor connection, generally not good even for browsing not talking to work..., breakfast you need to make a few minutes walk to village centre, but well it is ok, just for less mobile people a bit surprise...breakfast: why not, it is ok

poor wifi

I am very disappointed with the breakfast issue The staff are very unpolite and when we asked for some white bread for the kid the answered the bread was finished Only when i had to tell them that they hardly gave three of us 3 slices of bread wich wasn’t enough then she entered and brought some black bread and claimed white bread was finished Very bad experience and very humiliating

The new clean facilities and the wonderful location with friendly staff.

LocationDecorationRelated restaurant and breakfast place

Zero staff after 11pm. There has been an issue with a guest (couple fight) at 2am and there was nobody from the hotel to deal with it.

clean

No air working, and room was on the Main Street where a dog opposite barked incessantly and I had to have the window open as no air con

Breakfast, location, room clearness ,wifi

Paid parking , staff busy

Great people, Great location, Great Breakfast

We were upgrated to a beautiful room with a lounge area. The hotel itself is spread out around the city,in three different sites. We were a bit surprised at first, but it gave us a chance to walk around the city. The building where we were was fabulously decorated. The breakfast was fantastic.

Location. Friendliness of staff. Hotel gardens.

Organisation of breakfast. Hotel Villa liberty was situated 10 minute walk from main facilities and restaurant. This could be more explicitly set out to potential guests.

Nice village, and a good starting point for sightseeing.

Nice room, but the garden area for the room was unusable. The breakfast did not deliver at all. You could order different alternatives, but what was served was not good enough. The bread was old and dry, the juice tasted like a cheap alternative, no possibility to go get food from a buffet. All in all it seemed like they tried to save money on the breakfast rather than serving a really good one.The parking was not connected to the hotel, but the public parking. Worked ok, but not as expected.

The staff were super friendly and even upgraded us as we had a very last minute booking due to another hotel being too unhygienic to stay in. The hotel was the cleanest I've stayed in and was amazing

Memory foam mattress not great on my back but that's only my preference as I know others like the memory foam
