    Pros +

    • Good location, very friendly staff and a nice thermal pool.
    • Beautiful room with view of pond.
    • I loved the thermal springs. Amazing! The food was also delicious, and the breakfast buffet was also excellent!

    Cons -

    • Hotel parking was a bit far.
    • Coming into hotel a little confusing . And a lot of walking traffic to maneuver to drop off luggage and check in. Parking was a walk and up a hill. So make sure to drop off luggage first . The person at check out was not the friendliest.
    • The coffee is TERRIBLE! Dark, burnt, bad!

Wonderful property with spa and thermal baths. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Staff were nice and helpful. Parking was free and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

    We liked everything!

Great location. Dinner in the restaurant surf by the stone buildings was awesome.

    The location and the spa.

An amazing hotel with a beautiful thermal spa. The restaurant was amazing for dinner and the breakfast was wonderful too.

Nothing really except the twin was a pullout chair, which wasn’t super comfortable.

The hotel, restaurant and spa are exceptional especially after a long day of cycling. But most of all the staff were wonderful and so helpful. From the fellow who greeted me, and the young lady who arranged to do some laundry for me quickly, and the fine young men who served me dinner and to the wonderful lady who made me a doppio espresso in the morning. All were so nice and hard working. Thank you to the team at Albergo le Terme. Your hotel is great but you make it special.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the hot spring in the center of the town. The breakfast was phenomenal! Wide selection of high quality food, including homemade jam! We loved our stay and definitely recommend ! We recommend adding the spa access, it was worth the extra cost!

The setting is very nice. Easy to explore from location.

Stayed 2 nights, one night included dinner in the price. Also booked 2 massages ahead of time which they required prepayment for. Hotel had to correct bill at check out because they charged us dinner and were not reflecting the wired funds. A few hours after we left, I received an email asking for additional funds for charges they missed.Regarding the room. It is very comfortable but there are no amenities. No coffee, tea. Only plastic cup in the room.Regarding the spa, we did not need a day pass. When booking this accommodation, it is presented that the spa and resort are different, they are not.

Amazing thermal facilities, from the Sauna to the hot and cold pools. Amazing Staff, pleasent and attentive service, amazing location, with access to the most beautiful lesser-knows corners of Toscana.

The rooms could do a bit better for the price. Other than that - the most pwerfect hotel in Toscana!

Clean, modern, comfortable rooms and great restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    Some traffic noise

Beautiful scenery, with history, the taster meal was good, and the staff was attentive. We were kindly upgraded to the ancient spa pool, but the same size of room as the economy, which to be honest was quite small and dated, the shower cubicle was again small. However the spa' and pools the steam room etc were spot on, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

    Dated room

Beautiful old building with modern facilities in the heart of the Tuscan hills. Spa attached to the hotel was well equipped and offered well-priced treatments. Excellent restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking the thermal springs at the heart of the village

Staff were very welcoming. Our room had a view over the old baths. Evening meal an breakfast were both good.

It is not cheap to stay at the Albergo.

The location was stunning and the baths were beautiful and relaxing. I loved the seating areas near the baths and the garden. The staff was very helpful.

    All good.

Beautiful spa and hotel, love the little town surrounding the hotel, great history

The breakfast in the morning wasn’t great - the eggs and bacon were the saltiest we’ve ever tasted and the woman serving us was the rudest person we encountered in two weeks of traveling in Europe.

This boutique hotel was lovely in so many ways. The front desk staff was amazing, the pools clean and organized and the rooms comfortable with great views. My wife’s massage with Andrea was beyond glorious; the best she’s ever had.

The hotel markets itself on luxury spa treatments and a relaxing environment, where one can refresh oneself from the busy crazy world. But, the "ambiance" has been completely misguided in the dining rooms (both interior and exterior) due to the music. I would wish for lovely, romantic jazz to be playing softly—something compatible with the beautiful rolling hills and reflective pools. Instead the staff had chosen music perfect for "working" - uplifting and energetic. The first evening my wife had dinner, rap music was playing at 7:30pm. At around 8:00pm the music changed to rock & roll. For the following three evenings the rock & roll of various kinds played consistently at different volumes. There wasn't a time when one could relax, enjoy a quiet lovely guided musical morning, lunch or dinner, when there wasn't a drum beat to break it up.The second reason why I couldn't enjoy my dining experience there, was the dining room staff. There is a huge difference between efficient, which they were, and gracious, which they were not. In a perfect "experience" you would have both. At times we felt as though we were pushed through a cafeteria, rather than a luxury hotel. It was the lack of connecting with staff including a gentle morning hello or personal connection that made the difference in the day. The clean-up staff did provide a bit of personal kindness, but not the seemingly higher-level bosses. The third problem with the dining experience was the lighting in the dining area (under the curved awning). It is far too bright. There is no concept of romantic dining. The lights were so bright they were giving my wife a headache. Options for management: buy bulbs that are a "warm" lower wattage or put the lights on a dimmer.Other than the runny eggs (Un-eatable) and undercooked bacon, the food was lovely. My wife wished there were more vegetable options but that seems to be typical of the region.
