The rooms is small and we could hear loud and clear the neighbors.The pool water was freezing

This is a magical hotel - staff are marvellous, food excellent and the location in the val D'Orcia is perfect. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

The location is lovely and the attention to detail from every member of staff is impeccable. The restaurant is also amazing, the food is very good and the wine list astonishing.

The room was too warm. Need to sleep with the windows open.

Restaurant not open. Cook was sick. Room was very small.

we did a tour in Tuscany and stayed in about 5 hotels. This hotel was the very best of all we stayed in. The situation is quiet but near the lovely little village of Bagno Vignoli. The pool, the garden, the restaurant , the reception : all is beautifull and clean, but what we MOST loved was the absolutly nice staff. At the reception, restaurant, the maids, everybody is just the most good-mooded, nicest people. we still talk about our stay in Relais Osteria and only have good memories.

Staff was amazing, not your regular hotel staff, I believe personal connections have been made, emotional farewell last evening. Location couldn't be better, perfect if you want to make daily trips, perfect if you want to just chill in the garden, by the pool. Walking distance from Bagno Vignoni.

The area around the hotel is stunning and so peaceful! Rooms were super clean. Breakfast was amazing. Pool area is very nice. The staff is the best, super nice, gave us really good recommendations and were always willing to help!

The hotel is new, comfy and is located in a nice area, with beautiful views.

The breakfast was really poor, there were no options to choose between (not even eggs were provided). They ran out of water in the shower and it took at about 20/30 minutes to be solved. The shower is too small.

Since the aircon is closed during this time, it would be nice if they had a window protection (grid) to leave it open during night time and avoid mosquitos

Perfect location between montelcino to montepuliciano. Nice hotel and thecstaff is amazing very personaly.The bathroom and the especialy the shower is very small but still it is great hotel

The Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities are exceptional both inside and outside the hotel. The grounds and views are lovely. The restaurant food, both at dinner and at breakfast, is excellent. And the location makes it easy to visit the hill towns, like Montalcino, Pienza, and Montepulciano, or even Siena.

A wonderful hotel with the most welcoming staff. The hosts really care about your comfort and nothing is too much trouble even to the extent of collecting us after a long walk to Pienza. Exquisite location , beautifully decorated and perfect hosts

Beautiful location in the country. Close and easy access to many Tuscan sites and towns. Owners were very friendly and engaging with guests.

A beautiful property with friendly staff and great restaurant serving three meals per day if desired. Silvano and his team did a great job of providing a peaceful oasis in Val d’Orcia during the heat of the Tuscan summer.

The A/C didn’t work as well as we would have liked, but we just opened our windows after we turned our lights out to let the breeze in.

The property is beautiful, the food at the restaurant was excellent, our daughter enjoyed the pool while we relaxed, room comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful!

Beautiful place close to the village. The restaurant is on a whole other level. Very kind and helpful staff. We encountered an issue with our car and they helped us very much.The garden and the pool definitely help releasing some tension.

Set in a wonderful location. The property is beautifully maintained and the rooms very comfortable. Wonderful staff that were always friendly and welcoming.
