Good location to Parma.

Cleanliness of the room. The bed shits smell awful. Horrible dinning room - so small and the breakfast was very poor.

Clean facilities. Helpful staff.

there were guests with dog which was barking the whole time! it was extrenly noice. if they have “dog hotel” they should isolate the rooms with dog inside or put them on total diffent part of the hotel.breakfast is served just untill 9:30, they could definatly extend that, it would suit way better for the guests.

The room was ok

The hotel was full of trades men ! there was NO bar and the restaurant was a tent on the Patio ! the food when you could get a table was pleasant rustic Italian !

The location, cleanliness and general presentation of the Hotel and rooms is very good, I have stayed many times and it is consistently spotless and clean.

Having stayed here many times over the years, I really think it is well past the time that the potholes in the drive way were filled in !!! It is not a big job and detracts very much from the efforts that are being made within the Hotel structure itself, especially so as it is behind a half built structure in a state of abandon, the access drive to the Hotel having large potholes presents itself extremely poorly particularly when guests arrive their first experience is the half built monstrosity followed by the need to navigate around the holes in the drive.

Most important for me was parking. Lots of free parking and lots of spaces. Easy to get to. It was a great find and I’ll definitely be booking again.

Samantha and the morning restaurant staff were delightful

Water ran out after 5-10 seconds when showering!Evening meal was limited and poorly executed but breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent.

Spacious room, friendly reception/ kitchen team, nice breakfast selection. Quiet location with ample parking spaces.

At the time of my visit it was very hot and it would be much more pleasant stay if the room had an air conditioning unit. There was a build in fan but it was recirculating hot room air and wasn't providing and cool.

Poor

Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience. This could have been ideal as the location was perfectly on our route on the non toll roads from La Spezia to Lake Garda. However the room was over +30C with extremely poor air con that only got the temperature down to +29.9C during the night. Room was otherwise fine (nothing luxurious) but imagine sleeping in that heat. Reception didn't have any alternative nor solution to offer. Also we couldn't charge our devices as the power sockets were too small even though they should be correct for us (we have the same socket layout in our home country and had no problem anywhere else in Italy). Breakfast was so and so, more for people who enjoy 10 different cake alternatives.

Near to the autostrada, but very silent room. Our little dog was welcome for 10 Euro extra the night. Breakfast was excellent! Thank you very much!

Our trip was horrible,the air conditioning not working, is on the middle of field,no signal

Very attentive receptionist. Gave us various options to eat inside, outside or in bedrooms. Service was exceptional and we very much enjoyed our meal. All very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Arriving at the hotel we were met by a derelict building, so we drove into town. We asked for directions and ended up finding the actual hotel behind the derelict concrete structure!!

Good hotel if you want to stay one night in between the cities. The staff was great.

The bed was uncomfortable and the fridge didn't really work.

The location is ideal for a one night stop. Excellent for its price, with very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, clean well-equipped quiet rooms. We also very much enjoyed the exquisite dinner in the nearby 'cheese place', where we bought excellent parmesano cheese. We wii come again!

Rooms were clean and with good smelling, there was good amount of soap to use, beds were comfortable, breakfast with a good range of things and a delicious italian coffee!

I thought it had a swimming pool and a playground as per description on booking

Hotel is dated and lacks proper maintenance such as bathroom, tiles and lift especially. It feels like a two star Motel.Area looked shabby and hotel not family friendly. The day we were there it was occupied by man workers like maintenance.Lobby does not exist but can stay outside unless weather is not good.

Cozy hotel, convenient location if by car. Found the hotel right away, spacious rooms, hospitable staff. Delicious breakfast. I recommend
