Silver Residence Hotel

The best breakfast we had in Italian hotels. The staff was very good and attentive. Big choice of everything, fresh and nicely prepared. Coffee, juices, cakes, cheese and ham, yogurts. The accommodation had two large rooms , kitchen , big bathroom, two tv’s, aircon , towels, soap, champo. Comfortable mattresses . The accommodation for the dog was free.

WiFi in one of the room did not work and we were getting road’s noise there as well. Second room was fine. Only two chairs for 4 people by the table. But nothing critical.

The staff were warm and welcoming.

There were holes in the wall where the door handles have hit it. Carpets in the halls were well worn. It could use an update.

The entire building needs cleaning. The carpet at each floor stinks, and it really needs a replacement. Soon...

Good location, 10 minutes from Highway. Quiet area. Plenty private parking lots. Helpful staff.

Shower cabin a bit old but for one night is fine.

Heavy tobacco smell at the hotel room and not even one glass or corkscrew to accomondate the arrival. Even when there was a kitchen.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with multiple choices, local product and home made food.

Staff was great, check in was easy. Kitchen staff also very friendly. We did not have time for breakfast so they packed breakfast for us to bring, and they were very generous with plenty of breakfast. Dinner food was microwaved but tasted ok.

Windows are very thin, ours was facing the highway, felt like the trucks very going through our room at night

Lots of bugs in the room - I killed at least 10 in 2 days stay and they seemed to keep popping up even if we kept the windows closed all the time. After checking in we found a dirty sheet on the bed which was changed immediately after the complaint. Cleanliness is obviously not their strength.

The accommodation matched the booking reviews. For our overnight stay needs ideal. Breakfast included a large selection of sweet

They are very audible to passing cars in the area.

Clean hotel,friendly stuff,cozy rooms. Location is not in the city but very convinient if you have car to visit Parma 40min,Modena 40min and Regio Emilia 15min.

We had bugs in the room and when we wrote them they told us it was our fault because we left the windows open (we didnt)

We got spacious room, personal was friendly, breakfast was tasty.

There was strange smell when we opened windows at night, and the same smell came from air conditioning. I guess it was poultry farm or butcher. And it felt weird that we had a room with kitchenette (microwave oven, etc) that we couldn't use since we ordered room without kitchen.

The first room didn't match the description. Features were missing (bath-tub, kitchen) and it was dirty (trash like facemasks and smoking stuff in the drawers, windows with skin oil stains). Then I complained and I got another room the next day.The second room did match the description. However, the AC was both really loud and inefficient. The beds were quite uncomfortable with really thin mattresses and a couple of centimeters thing pillows. Sleeping in this condition was painful.The worst being awaken at 8 am by the vaccum cleaner of the cleaning people. When you arrive in the morning, there are garbage bags and shopping carts (!) in the corridors. They are used by the cleaning personsLast but not least, the breakfast was horrible and cheap. Not so many choices, not a buffet meaning you must ask for what you wanna eat to be served and you can only have a look for far away to see what's available. No hot meal (eggs, bacon) was available.

The size of the room was great, there was a small kitchenette in the room, helpful staff
