Cute two bedroom, two level apartment with good size eat in kitchen area, outdoor terrace with table and adjoining a beautiful lake and sanctuary area. Indoor outdoor pool in the facility, lots of free parking. Very helpful onsite staff support. As a solo traveler, I got an amazing deal for 7 nights.

Upstairs was a separate toilet without a sink so hand washing required navigating stairs in the middle of the night. No laundry in the unit, but pay machines were available that included laundry soap, no choice to use your own. Very early check out time, and late arrival means you lose a lot of access time.

The location was OK near the town centre (5 min drive).There was also a nice lake nearby.

The communal areas dirty (never ever been cleaned).The flat wasn't very clean.The furniture was very dated.The tiles were cracked.The supposed double bed is very small.Also no airco. We had to book 3 nights in a hotel while still being booked in there just because we couldn't stand the place.No facilities apart from a small swimming pool.Will never book there again. It might seem cheaper than other alternatives, but don't be fooled by the price it is not worth the hassle.

In a great location not far from the store and a walk into town, a nice walk if going by the lake, pool and sauna were great and the accommodation itself was nice and spacious

Based in Bergerac, this was great value for money, we stayed for a week and paid less than we would have had for a tent in a camping site! We visited Bergerac, Perigeux, Sarlat, numerous caves and the hanging gardens. Approximately an hour's drive away for most places. There is a small swimming pool that the children liked.

There was no oven. We also we had to fill in an inventory. The toilet is upstairs with no sink, the bath tub and sink are on the ground floor - not a problem, really, just a bit unusual.

The apartment was big and had a dishwasher. Good to have a heated swimming pool and next to a country park

The light bulbs in the bedside tables and sitting room light were cold white (4000K) which made it feel a bit cell like. Bought some warm white bulbs (2700K) which made it very nice and cosy

Location excellent we were cycling .Easy access to airport , and close to the excellent park with wonderful lake for swimming . Great swimming pool in the complex .

the pool was good and the appartement overall was ok for a family with children, the kitchen was well equipped

it was a bit dirty, the pool was cloudy. the playground was very poor and the facilities were broken. the stuff wasn’t very helpful, the shutters in our flat were broken and no one could come to fix them.

Excellent location with a pleasant woodland walk into Bergerac centre. Pool was excellent but needed a few more sun loungers for busier times.

Clean but very basic accommodation. In need of some modernisation.

The location was superb- very close to the lake and nature reserves which was great for walking. The swimming pool was also good, although it’s very deep for young children.

A small sink in the toilet would be helpful.

Poor lighting for road signs and exterior at night. I took us an hour to find the property. Poor lighting at night between accommodation and entrance. Toilet upstairs and no sink to wash hands after use and cleaning kitchen not an issue for us, but depending on the previous resident cleaning regime having to rewash items before use.

The pool was okay and the free wine tasting was a good idea.

We felt like we ended up with the worst accommodation as it was not as clean as we expected and was not well maintained. It was looking very tired and had not been renovated for many years years. A fresh coat of paint would have made a big difference. The beds were not made, there was no free wifi, there was no complimentary tea, coffee, only one toilet roll and we had to pay for an extra roll and no soap to wash our hands. When we entered the place there were some kind of insect all over the walls. We complained and a man sprayed the entire place and the smell was strong and just annoyed us more as we were very tired after a long trip.
