Not a lot .

The air conditioning/ heating wasn’t working just wall. Then phone charger on wall not working property looked tired and dated dirty net curtains

Hard but comfy bed, plenty of parking. Very clean. Quiet room.

Cozy room, THE BEST mattress ever, great size bathroom with all the facilities- soap, shampoo, hairdryer, towels. Good choice for breakfast in the lovely setting. Parking right outside of our rooms, staff members very kind and accommodating. Easy and convenient to book on the road.

Pub just around the corner was excellent. Great food and the premier league football was on

No uber taxi would come to pick us up from the hotel to goto Bergerac so we walked 5 minutes around the corner to a pub . We paid for an upgraded room but didn’t get it

Staff really helpful always . Perfect to have a downstairs room as the steps are difficult for us (elderly)Would prefer larger cups for coffee ,but staff will always find us two .

I didn’t like the look of the place on arrival and in addition google maps brought us to the back of the property which doesn’t look good at all

Location is excellent, it is handy for many things , the staff on the desk are excellent ,very helpful indeed ,both the young lady and the gentleman , Credit to the hotel .

The tea/coffee tray .Tiny cups no good for tea at all .No biscuits !

Room was clean and tidy. Enjoyed breakfast. We stayed at this hotel many years ago when it was a Campanile. Main difference was there is no longer an in-house restaurant.But plenty of choice very close with a buffalo grill opposite.

Nice room - really nice and clean bathroom for a hotel of this class. The receptionist that checked us in was probably the most cheerful and friendly we've ever encountered in France

It was further out of town that we expected (my mistake) but that said it was an easy drive to free parking just this side of the bridge in Bergerac

The staff were really nice and helpful and there is a lovely restaurant across the road. The room's were clean and had working air-conditioning.

The rooms were really dated and nothing like the pictures on booking.com, very misleading. 1 nights stay was enough for us.

With so many different tv channels available, it would be nice for non-native speakers of French to have a channel or two in English or another language.The shower curtain could have been several centimeters shorter.

convenient location on the outskirts of bergerac, perfect for an overnight stay if passing through Bergerac (plentiful spacious parking). I would like to thank the staff for finding and keeping a lost phone charger ! the rooms are clean with coffee/tea service, exterior automated privacy shades, and the breakfast buffet was pleasant.

The location was as described, about two miles from the town centre. Quite industrial and busy. I drove into town and found plenty of free parking areas.

Everything was very good , the price is excellent , and the reception staff are so helpful , and knowledgeable . The ground floor rooms are easily accessible for older folk.

Nice hotel , very similar to a Campanile , excellent location , next to Action ( my husband was able to replace his forgotten reading glasses !) .We stayed here again on our return from Spain , different receptionist , we met three , all charming and very helpful . Ideal ,secure parking.

The pillows were very flat , it would help if there were extra pillows in the wardrobe , although , when we asked at reception , an extra pillow was given straight away.

Easy late checkin via box, not so big but nice and practical room with AC, free parking, boulangerie next door as good alternative to the hotel breakfast, shops and restaurant neraby.
