Friendly staff, convenient location with free parking

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely pool area. Great breakfast and the staff we encountered were polite and helpful.

It's not the most picturesque area but can't blame the hotel for that. I should've researched a little more.

Just a one night stop over place. Everything was fine. The pool was great after a long day riding in the heat. It's not the nicest of locations, but easy to get to. A good breakfast.

The receptionist's lack of a smile on our arrival.Somebody was in the room after Housekeeping and there were dirty footprints on the floor. The door between rooms was not locked. The bathtub was too small. Too expensive for the low quality (in deluxe room).

Very close to Bergerac. I would call this a transit hotel, good for passing through.

Nowhere did it mention that you were essentially on an industrial estate

This is a good hotel, functional very clean helpful staff and plentiful breakfast

It was a little noisy rooms not so well sound proof

Great value for money. The lady at reception was really kind and accomadating. I asked if I could have an electric kettle and she retrieved one alongside more tea, coffee and biscuits. Very clean. Bed was really comfortable. Ideally located for the city centre and the airport. It had a heated swimming pool too.

The location was excellent , restaurants very close too , within walking distance . The room was comfortable . Coffee and tea making facilities within the room is excellent , makes a huge difference

The décor seems tired and could do with touching up , stairs narrow to carry cases, Our room had thick nets but although there was a double track there were no 'proper' curtains . No seating area downstairs .It used to be the Kyriad Hotel , presumably it will be completely brought up to date eventually/

Too far from town. Very small room. Pillows were awful; bed uncomfortable. Female reception staff not particularly welcoming or friendly.

The bed was comfortable. There is a good and cheap place to eat breakfast in front of the hotel. Good parking.

It wasn't clean. The room was small and smelled bad.

Willingness of hotel to allow us to stay after checkout time as flight layer in day. Breakfast was good.

Only one pillow each and they were really uncomfortable.

Good location near to airport. Free parking. Refurbished swimming pool

No restaurant or bar in the evening. Used to do a great Menu here when it was the Kyriad. Car park surface is terrible

Very nice friendly staff, good parking, comfy ensuite room and a lovely pool.

There was nothing to dislike really, maybe a better selection for breakfast and make sure everything replenished when needed. We thought Le Roxane is a work in progress so will improve.

Staff were lovely, easy to navigate around the hotel. Value for money,

Rooms were abit outdated completely different to the ones advertised. The shower head has no where to stand so had use it by hand. Beds aren’t the comfiest could do with some more pillows on the bed.

It is modern and clean with good facilities especially the pool and loungers. The staff were incredibly helpful and even upgraded us to a room with air conditioning free of charge as it was extremely hot.

The location is ideal for easy journey to Bergerac airport, it is a 9 minute drive which is ideal, however, there isn’t much else in the area other than a few restaurants. The road is busy and not easy to walk places.

Great swimming pool, staff were very welcoming.

Air conditioning in room did not work, there was no natural light in the room which was small so made the room very claustrophobic.

Location, friendly, helpful staff.
