Pros +
- The room was clean, good temperature control with aircon (also warming up temperature as needed when it was cold outside). Simple. Sink in the room that's handy. Windowblinds. Simple facilities (shower, toilets). It's really basic but ok for the money for urgent short stay. Cleaning ladies were polite and understanding. Shower had hot water.
- Kind and smiley host
- Cheap, good location.
Cons -
- The downstairs "reception" area with tables and chairs was closed off by a cord. The reception staff told me it's closed because reception desk is closed, even though the staff was there (talking to me lol,) . So when I wanted to sit downstairs after check out to wait for bus to go to my next location I was told I can sit outside (in cold 10C weather....). I mean come on... What a ridiculous set up, to not have any inside area for guests to stay and tell people they need to stay outside in the cold. Also coffee machine swallowed coins and was too quick to close off after making the cup so I couldn't get it... I don't know if it was repaired later on or not. Remember there's no cafe area as such, only 1 microwave, cold drinks and snacks vending machine and potentially faulty automatic coffee machine. It's fine if you urgently need a bed to sleep on but I wouldn't recommend it as a longer stay other than 1 or 2 day stopover. I chose other accommodation later on, and for less, when I was able to find for longer stay. Also be careful with payments, I made 2 separate reservations because of changing circumstances. My account was showing payment pending for one of them (the other to be paid in person). I was told in reception it didn't come through so I was charged for both nights in person. Subsequently the payment on the account was processed and so now it turns out I paid twice for one of the nights and I am awaiting booking.com to refund me...
- Like always in these cheap hotels, some other guests don´t behave. Noisy at night and dirty bathrooms.
- It is very basic, no sinks in showers or toilets.

Like always in these cheap hotels, some other guests don´t behave. Noisy at night and dirty bathrooms.
Cheap, good location.
It is very basic, no sinks in showers or toilets.
Great price ,
Didn’t feel very safe , lots of arguments going on around us and beggars outside .
Easy check in, clean and comfortable, good breakfast
Not much to walk to
The room is clean. The bed is fresh. The shower is clean.
I can't say anything.
Not worthy
Unfriendly Staff.. who wanted to overcharge even if the breakfast was paid
Very convenient location close amenities , restaurants, Carrefour
Location was good, near public transport cafes etc
All coming showers and toilets constantly dirty + we booked with separate shower in the room etc but on arrival we have been told we can’t have it as booking is changed and we have everything communal
very average. although the local city of Béziers if you have a car is great.
no toilet in room, hard pillows, parking gate was broken and didn’t feel that safe with our belongings in the car
Easy to find when travelling by bus from the airport, or train station. Plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. Room was small but adequate, decent en-suite shower.
Breakfast was pretty bland, however it was also cheap.
Good value to money.
Most of the clients were not exactly the best ones you would like to see if you are a quiet person who is only looking for a cheap place to sleep at....but when the price is cheap also the people are cheap unfortunately. This is not a direct fault of the hotel but the room is not very sound proected and you do not expect to find anyone very educated and quiet here.
Comfortable as an F1, just renovated, good deal. Simple, clean. Comfortable beds.
Shared bathroom
Poor standards
Been kicked out of my room in the middle of the night as receptionist booked me in the same room as another guy who kicked off the door and been very violent so I left with no sleep that night at all
The staff is good and location also. Price ok. It's a budget place
Noisy drunk people in the corridor, no respect for other people's sleep. If you look for a quiet place, don't go here. If you look for a budget nap, this is ok. Parking is safe.
In this price all was just perfect. Very kind service and homely feeling.
Breakfast even was with quality bread and juice, do very happy even sbout thst one.
cheap price and acceptable quality for the price.nice size clean roomgood location with nearby supermarket for easy access to food. Close to bus-stop providing access to the town centre
the shared toilet and showers were not very clean.the staff on reception weren't very patient with my attempts to speak french for them.
Good location.
No toilets inside the room and the shared toilets are filthy dirty. The room had a very strong smell and were extremely tiny.
Nothing really. I guess it was better than having to pitch a tent at midnight ... but that's about it.
Where to start!? Rooms are TINY! We booked two to fit the family. The booking seems to have changed during the checkout process, so we were one bed short to start with. On arrival the machine didn't take contactless payments (couldn't use my card for foreign currency). Got into the rooms - one had no toilet (shared), the other one was two corridors further away (real pain when you have little kids) and it reeked of smoke (cigarettes) so we couldn't use it. That one did have a toilet, but the flush mechanism was broken. 'View' in one of them was a truck cabin, from the truck parked right next to it. One of the rooms next door was broken into, looked dirty and dodgy as hell. Didn't feel clean or safe.
location and room fine
wc needs to be improved in terms of availability and water in flush systems
