very good - especially accommodating my gluten free request.

The shower walls were so short that it was impossible not to soak the floor next to the shower - slippery.

This hotel is a Gem, staff was super helpful and hotel comfortable and clean. Great location offers such easy access to so many important stops in Beziers.

Breakfast was good,Their ice machine did not work, location was excellent, the only problem that arose was that the heating/cooling system in the room was not functioning properly. The room was too cold.

Breakfast room was small for the number of guests.

We arrived in pouring rain, on bikes. Soaked. The staff offered nothing at all for warmth. ‘De luxe’ room was tiny. When we went for breakfast, we didn’t know where it was and they just watched us walk around without offering any help.

The 24 hour front desk staff have lots of other duties away from the desk so one often has to wait to be let in. Giving guests a key fob for the front door would be better.

Some Staff is unprofessional, rude and unkind. Due to my health conditions I make reservation in a hotel with elevator. On booking page its written that the hotel has elevator. Alas in the first floor which my room is not. The boy in the reception desk insist on a very rude way that ı should write in advance for a room with elevator. As ı said it is written on their booking page “upper floors accessable by elevator” he insist that it was my fault not to write in advance. Slam the door and go away. In fact it was easy to upgrade a room with an elevator on other floors. I degrade to a room. It was dirty. Ants are running on the floor. As it is a “non refubdable” room and ı pay 3 nights in advance, İt was not possible to transfer to another hotel. On the other side its very clear that its not on 3 star standards as well.

Decent value. Central location. Pleasant staff. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Air con.

Not much charm or character. Basic room decoration and limited furniture. Stained carpets.

Excellent location right on Bézier’s major boulevard. Great security for storing bicycles as we were on a bike trip. Nice big room with space to spread out. The best thing was the excellent service especially from the hotel receptionist Oceane. She went above and beyond to be friendly and help us out and give local advice. The breakfast was good and varied too.

I liked everything.

The central position of the hotel, directly opposite the flower market. The size of the bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom.

The stains on tbe bedroom carpet.
