Hôtel In Situ

Staff were lovely, room was clean and well presented. Great location.

If i were to be fussy..the pool was freezing.. or extremely refreshing :)

The staff did not know about our reservation, so after 8 hours of car journey we waited near the gates under the rain till the reservation would be found without invitation to park the car and wait in the lobby at least…

Very comfortable, attractive hotel and grounds; very helpful, friendly staffGood location

Looks just like the pictures

for the price it costs, they could include breakfast. They charge prices like they're in a major city, but it's a tiny town.

Responsiveness from hotel staff with respect to missing passport

Check in at this hotel is very late, 4pm and luggage security very weak!

Clean, modern, air conditioned

Room a little cramped

All the staff were very helpful and lovely

Phone in room didnt work and the rain shower didnt work

Very helpful staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and great location.

Lovely room and terrace. Great pool and parking was a plus.

The air conditioning barely worked and the room was way too hot.

The staff is amazing. They helped us with several problems and gave great restaurant recommendations. Our room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Having the on-site parking was a big plus.

Very nice boutique hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and parking is a big plus. Staff is excellent

Nothing really. Could do with a couple of English TV channels

The staff vert Nice and professional

Thw breakfast is good bit The food isnt very good . Everything is pre-prepared and then they warm the food and bring to you . It’s a pitty there is a potentiel in but it’s not well explored. The staff very kind

great hotel to stay close to the center, parking was also good, room was nice and spacious

we chose not to eat breakfast as even the croissant were in plastic bags

I like that they had parking in the hotel. The room had its own deck.It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.Location was ok, not too far a walk to old town.

The room set up. Shower on one side of the room, toilet on the opposite side, by the entrance of the room.

I love this hotel and stay whenever I am visiting family. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful. I was visiting a sick relative who had requested freshly squeezed orange juice. When I asked where I might buy some they insisted on providing some for me at no cost to take to them. It was a very kind touch and greatly appreciated. .

The motion detected light by the door in the rooms. This can be very annoying at night as it is quite bright. Lots of reviews have mentioned these, hopefully the hotel will make it possible to turn it off.

New Modern Hotel , Very comfortable room with a nice view to courtyard pool . Good breakfast included .

A little bit away from Beziers center .

Swimming pool

not good value for ,money. annoying ceiling light with movement sensor which came on during the night . could have had a low level light with movement sensor.

Room was pleasant enough, Staff very friendly and helpful . Had a garage where we could keep hire bike for the canal du midi

Automatic light that wnet on when you went to the toilet is outside so if you had not woken the other half intially you probably will have. No sink in the toilet so had to walk around to the other side where shower was to wash your hands. nothing major though.

Good breakfast. Nice pool and outdoor area. Comfortable bed, block out blinds, helpful staff.

Small room size for 2 people, even if choosing the upgraded deluxe room

The staff and pleasant surroundings. Not too far to walk to the Cathedral

No tea or coffee making facilities
