cleaning and lack of communication. We arrived late in the evening and after chasing someone on the phone to let us in, it seemed they missed our reservation. We got a room but it smelled extremely strong on tobacco. The linen were clean but the room wasn’t clean.

They did not clean the room the towel on the floor and the stains are on the bedsheet Very dirty room wifi not working properly tv not working switch plug in not working

The room is quite comfortable for the price. It has air conditioning and hot water.

The quality of the water in the coffee machine could be better, and the bed in the room was squeaky.

Parking at front of hotel, fast easy check-in. Staff friendly. Clean bedding. Location is good for the outskirts of Béziers.

The bathroom door had no handle or lock, unable to shut the door.

Terrible

The room was extremely dusty and there was a spider in the corner. The bathroom had mold… the stuff was okay with state of the room saying it’s normal for them. However I was with my one year old son and he was coughing all night..

Useful locatio for a noght stop. Pet-friendly which was very nice as we traveled with pets. We also arrived at 10pm, reservation does not work but they provided us with codes to park and enter the room. Next day, we had a breakfast with warm bread and coffee

We arrived at night and got inside through the night gate by code. But if you want to leave the place, we could not open the gate through the inside (that code did not work). So I suppose, we waited till the next day, and the gate was open as the the person who works in the hotel opened it for guests. So it is better to grab some food and water before late arrival (after 21.00). Or perphaps, we just did not figure out how to open the gate/door to get out from the hotel easily:)

Close to Burger King and a Shopping mall so you could get refreshments. Staff were very friendly and helpful at the hotel. Good security on car park. Good basic hotel with a nice pool.

Breakfast very basic and expensive. Sauna too expensive and not linked directly to pool so did not use. No real catering or bar facilities.

Easy access to hotel, secure parking, ideal location to visit Beziers. Staff helpful and friendly, room was clean, and offered a good nights rest.

Nothing really it provided what it said to have in situ.

First stay on the 21st August went well, we enjoyed the pool and room was excellent with our 5 and 7 year old grandsons

On the first stay the breakfast was very minimal we put this down to maybe we were the last to have it.The second stay 31st August was a shambles, firstly they didn't have the reservation which we paid for on the 16th August, which meant we didn't get the room for 4 people but had to have two separate rooms, in compensation they offered us free breakfast, which I had already paid for on the morning of the 22nd August in cash, we were told the pool was shut but because of the upset they opened it for us, the breakfast was bad again and certainly not worth the 8 and 6 euros it cost!!

The pool was good in the morning and was free.

The rooms we had booked and had confirmation for were not available. Our son ended up on a mattress on the floor. The travel cot had no base and was dangerous. It took the guy in reception quite a while to find something suitable. Our room had no electricity so no light and no air con on a very hot night. It was rectified by 10 30pm but the room should have been ready. The rooms were nothing like in the pictures on the website. They were quite dated and poorly decorated.

Breakfast was okay, but the juice dispenser was extremely slow to deliver the juice, the second dispenser did not work. Only one of the two coffee machines worked…….. The great thing about the hotel was that they sent a message with access details as we were going to arrive after the reception closed!

The bathroom door was an old larder cupboard door with extra pieces attached to make it wider. The ‘door’ did not have a handle or a lock and had to be pushed against the frame to afford any privacy, a chair against the outside of the door achieved this! We couldn’t complain at the time due to the lateness of our arrival and that the hotel was closed.I have read that the hotel is being refurbished, there was however no evidence of that anywhere. The evidence of the state of our room was that it was desperately in need of refurbishment. The hotel information showed a coffee maker in each room, but there wasn’t one in ours! The whole of the hotel internally needed a makeover!

The bathroom was terrible, really small and the duche was terrible. The bed was not comfortable

Swimming pool

The hotel closes between middle day and 17:00 evening . Which is not helpful at all. No restaurants around. Isolated area.

Handy for the motorway

Run down, dirty, nothing like the photos. Shower room covered with previous guest hair. Floors all sticky. Small amount paper left on the toilet roll and no spare roll. Bed was a sheet of chipboard on legs with a mattress and bedding on top. Security gates for the car park left open and on and on

It was a comfortable bed, good location, secure parking for the car, nice friendly staff.

The room was not cleaned very well, the pool was empty ( We would not have swam anyway, as it was too cold in all fairness) It looked tired and run down. We stayed there 5-6 years previously and it had not changed much.

The room would been nice to refresh but for that price it was okay. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Bed comfortable and very nice hotel staff. Free big parking. Check-in is from 17:00 and not as stated on the website from 15:00

Staff was very helpful! Breakfast was very good.

Linens were definitely not changed after previous guest. My bed was full of hair and unidentifiable flecks.

Great staff, he cooked us a lovely evening meal for €20.

Dreadful room, uncomfortable beds, bad shower room, I didn't bother using it. Super basic hotel.

Location and price

Very tired room and facilities, even the smoke alarm in my room was ripped off the ceiling, only two very small pillows.

I have booked in last minute. Reception was really helpful .I slept well and rested. I really liked the breakfast- bread was fresh and tasty! Thank you for having me ???‍♀️Merci!

ok- is dated and screaming for renovation but not all the hotels have to be brand new and sparkling clean. so it is good for the price and stop on your journey.
