The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, staff was outstanding, location is perfect, beautiful room. This hotel is a value well beyond the cost.

The staff were very accommodating, making space for us in the breakfast room when the dining room was full for dinner.

Friendly staff. Good room size. Very clean appearance.

Bathroom needs a Shelf or dresser to place cosmetics, shaving and personals items on. Need a small light that could be put "on" in the bathroom to function as a night light.

Beautiful rooms and comfortable. Great location to walk to everything. Staff was exceptional, friendly and accommodating.

Great location: close to all attractions, shopping and parking (14€ overnight) as well as train station. Room (#10 on top floor) had a nice view of musical fountain. The fountain does play music until 10:30PM but this was not a problem for us. Air conditioning was excellent!

Parking facilities took a bit to figure out. Involves finding your way around a large park in front. Once oriented, was ok.

Very relaxed atmosphere, very pleasant helpful staff, great location, room with balcony, superb. Breakfast was always excellent, wide choice and fresh pastries. The best location and most popular evening drinks bar/street terrace.

This hotel was perfectly located on the plaza and close to all the main sites of Beziers. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we loved our room overlooking the plaza. We would definitely stay here again.

Maybe having a refrigerator and a safe would have been good.

I'd love to say we liked this stay, but we really didn't. First the pros: Great location. Clean room. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

Cons: AC didn't work. The staff person couldnt get it working. So after unpacking everything we had to switch rooms because it was so hot. The next night I found out that apparently it doesn't work if the towel heater is on. (???) But no one told us this. I only found out through a casual conversation with a staff member. Why didn't they tell us when they found out this was the issue? both nights were bad AC. (even in the second room). Also, the curtains are pretty much see through, so good luck having a light on at night if you are wanting privacy. You can see out into the whole square and I assume peaople in the square can see you too. Speaking of which, hangers out in the square late at night kept us awake. they sat at tables under our window. Also, there was construction going on early morning in the hotel (or next door). It Woke us up. and best of luck finding the underground parking. I asked for directions just to be told you take a circle route and come down a street to the parking lot. But the street I needed was a tiny one way street, barely the width of a car that looked like a tiled pavement and not a road. So I kept driving round for 20 minutes before I saw it as a tiny exit off the roundabout. They could have been much clearer about that. On the good side they did comp us breakfast for our troubles. and the construction will eventually be finished.

The room was clean, plenty big and comfortable. I had paid for a suite upgrade from a third party site but I think my room was the same as others. It may have been special as it had a great view of the downtown area. Either way, I had no complaints. Walking distance to everything! Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Friendly helpful staff, comfy bed and great shower. Good varied choice for breakfast and central location.

The cost had increased despite it being in low season and the room on the top floor was smaller than the one we last stayed in so seemed a bit cramped.

Superb location right on Place Jean Jaures . Good cafe and terrace . Near to historic tourist area and excellent restaurants and bars .

No Safe in the room

Great staff who went beyond the call of duty: booking taxis, serving drinks from cafe and just being unbelievably helpful.

Breakfasts could be improved: small space, compact tables, and restricted chioice. That being said, if you waited you got great coffee and fresh orange juice. But this gem of z was Hôtel could improve the breakfasts.

Great location, helpful staff and clean room. Breakfast was good & had a nice selection. The balcony overlooking the square and fountains was an excellent view and lovely way to spend the evening :)

We didn't mind the noise from the fountains/square as it ended around 11pm, but may not be suitable for young kids/people wanting an early night.

staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location, we had a balcony so it was lovely sitting out watching the world go by

It would have been good if there was a kettle in the room

The staff especially the lovely lady on reception during the day, the location, the decor, the cleanliness, the restaurant Pica-Pica beside it. Oh and great shower.

Nothing all good.. If pushed it would be nice to have tea/coffee making in room and a fridge and an English channel or two, but they are minor details.
