ibis Styles Beziers Centre

Friendly staff, great breakfast, great location.

No soap left in the shower dispenser. I left a note adding that it be replenished but the maid left the note in the shower door with no replenishment.

Icky.

Underground parking hard to get in and out. Hôtel is old. It felt like a dormitory. Rooms were tiny. I’d never stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They upgraded our room, helped us with parking , and welcomed us so kindly after a stressful journey that it instantly lifted our spirits. In all our years of travelling, we’ve never encountered service quite like this — not just in a Mercure-style hotel, but anywhere. Absolutely outstanding and so memorable!

Clean , convenient location, moderate price and attentive staff.

Facility was being renovated. It didn't impact our room but it could be noisy in the building. The workers apparently used the elevator to reach work site and so floor of elevator was always dirty. Also the dumpster outside front door was ugly.

Friendly, helpful staff; room small but clean, comfortable. Newly furnished and a modern bathroom. Quiet. Located near to the town centre, just 10-15 minutes walk to places of interest, bars, restaurants. Fifteen minutes' walk from the train station.

Nothing. As expected, no frills, but a good town/centre hotel.

Hotel is close to the center and within walking distance. Driving is not for the faint of heart, nor is finding parking in the area, so drive to the hotel, park and walk the city. Breakfast was good and the staff, despite my really lousy French, was helpful and friendly.

Hotel is undergoing renovation - not an issue but be aware of that as during the week there is some noise during working hours. Access to the hotel is directly off a main street - however you can not enter the parking garage without a key card, available at the front desk.

Nice enough Hotel in a good location for the city centre - don't be put off by the exterior entrance which is a bit scruffy - dog friendly with secure parking garage under the hotel. Like most Mercure hotels its probably in need of some renovation.

Central to city. Hotel’s underground parking at 9euros a night was great.

Room a bit dated. Shower not particularly clean due to its age not attempts to clean it

Underground car park good when travelling.

Air con didn’t work and neither did mini fridge.

Friendly staff. Easy checkin. Central location.

Small room.

Good location, quiet area. Easy walk to main square and restaurants. Secure underground parking.

The location was good

Very small and dated room - black mould in the tiny shower cubicle!

The reception staff were very friendly, the bed was big and comfortable.

The rooms are tiny and everything very old and outdated. Doesn’t appear like a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast very good. Staff excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Room very clean even if a bit small

Bigger room

Friendly welcome by staff, available underground parking (this is top), kettle and fridge in room. Nice if you want to eat fruit and make yourself a coffee when you want.

The hotel is great. The family room was spacious, and the sofa bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were top-notch. The breakfast was also excellent. There is private parking available just below the hotel. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the city center.

Location, cleanliness

Small breakfast selection for the price

Reasonable location, staff friendly

Rooms very small and air conditioning effect very low

The staff all spoke good English and were very happy to help with taxi bookings etc. Breakfast was of a reasonable quality and the bar adjacent to reception was a good addition. The hotel is in a good location for access to the local sites and for restaurants

The room we had was small and with little space to store our luggage.
