The staff were very helpful as l needed a taxi and information to catch the bus they helped me. The manager was very welcoming and speaks English. My room had aircon and free wifi. Room was on the lower level as l had requested. The train station is not walking distance to hotel l used a taxi from the station as l had a large suitcase. Situated in the main street with banks and lots of eating places near by. The town was interesting .

I would of like English subtitles on the TV. The pillows were like cushions l prefer long pillows but l think this is a French thing.

It was cheapish... and all the things wrong would take them 5 minute of work and 10 minutes of care.You will survive. It just could be lots better.

So many tiny things wrong that could have fixed the experience. The sink leaked onto the floor.There was a picture frame on the wall with no picture in it.The bracket to hold up the shower headpiece needed a 1 minute fix with a screwdriver.... so could not use it to have a hands free shower.

Location is excellent, close to train station, centre, park, shops and restaurants. Everything was OK.

Dirty hotel, in a shady neighborhood. Booked room was not available at the time of arrival. The front desk admin didn't speak a word of English and didn't even bother to use Google translate. I requested a refund since it was not possible to stay and was told via translator it will take 48 hours for refund. Well two weeks later and 3 calls to booking I still don't have my refund. Stay away from this place.

Local and price great had to stay another night due to ATC strike they only charged me 40 euro

Close to train station and city square. Staff were so helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. No other facilities but staff do have a coffee machine. Breakfast is also supplied in summer or peak season, not in winter.

No jug nor hairdryer in the room but not a problem. I also didn't ask for one

Owner was very friendly and after greeting us he shared the features of the room and how to use them. Securely stored our expensive bicycles so we didn't need to bring them to our room.

This is a superb option for individuals looking to stay conveniently located between the train station and the historic center. The hotel is efficiently managed, featuring a delightful breakfast area, immaculate rooms equipped with televisions and air conditioning. The hotel's proprietor is exceedingly welcoming and supportive. We greatly appreciate the service rendered.

the hotel was closed until16:20 so I could not leave my bag before check in. I also had to buy my own showergel as there was only a bar of soap in the bathroom

The room I had was room 2, and it was awful. Technically, there's a window, but it looks out on what seems to be a ventilation shaft. Two dirty white vertical walls within a metre or so, and on the third side is a window of another room. I couldn't even tell if the sun was out.2. You have to lift and move backward and forward the door to the bathroom - the slider doesn't work.3. Very regularly (for most of the night every 25 seconds), there was a noise from the bathroom like hissing steam. Very difficult to get any sleep. The host eventally responded to my second msg about it later the next day and said it would be fixed after I left. I got the feeling it was a known problem and I doubt it will be fixed. No attempt was made to help or to try to fix it for me, or to offer another room. 4. Anything that is on the bedside cabinet is no business of the cleaner and it is not up to her to throw anything out that is on there!

The hotel was just off the centere square, good location, within a few minutes of the train and bus terminal. The room was perfect for us, as we were interested in just sleeping and washing etc. We spent very limited time in the room, air conditioning was excellent, and washing facilities shower etc was all there. The bed was comfortable, and we got new towels daily changed. We would recommend it as a destination as it was easy to hang around the main square, lots of activities going on, and loads of restaurants to choose from and worth an evening sitting down outside , very relaxing and romantic. As a suggestion we used the train station alot and spent a day in mountpellier and another day in nimes . The train journeys vary and prices can be high, but we'll worth the journeys. Lots to see and do. If it's the beach you are looking for, beziers is a big town but we branced out further and we suggest People use the airport to branch out cap de angle, for the beach resorts if that's what your looking for or for the city experiences on a short trip, toulouse, montpellier, nimes or even marseille is within two hours by train. Use beziers for a night , then book a night here and there in other cities as you decide would be a way to go if you're not enjoying or looking for more things to do and see. Train prices can be 80- 100 euro return for two ppl, so make the most out of the cities you're travelling to. We loved France, don't forget to google the reviews on restaurants and the best boulangeries, they were the highlight of our trip, France at its best.

What is there not to like about France. The room was basic, it was cheap, quite, clean , could do with updating, but very rustic and the staff were really friendly and we would use it again in the future, good location, excellent value for money. Beziers hotel confort thanks you.

this was very good and filling..often they are over p riced in other hotels,but here it was just right.small and intimate space .

'Didn't like the terrace Joining up with the terrace of the next room- this could be a safety problem really...

The breakfast was the best thing about it! Fresh bread, croissants, pain chocolat and a big choice of other things

The wall of the room were not soundproofed & a neighbour was loudly on his phone all evening.The bed had a plastic sheet on it which I had to remove in order to get some sleep
