Clean hotel Great staff Proximity to the beach - walking distance Free parking

Not in the city center but if you like calm. This is the location Walking distance to the city though

POOL WAS GREAT ,LOVELY MANAGERS , GREAT BREAKFAST , VERY HELPFUL

ROOMS WERE A LITTLE TIRED, OURS FACED THE BUILDING SITE BEHIND WHICH STARTED EARLY IN AM

room, garden and pool, the privat parking, distance to the beach

nothing to mention

This hotel came to our rescue. We arrived in Sète early morning on the ferry from Corsica but my husband was unwell and needed to rest. The lovely lady at the hotel checked us in 2 hours early and was so accommodating. The rooms were extremely comfortable and just what we needed. Good parking for the motorcycles. The team here did everything they could to look after us for the one night we stayed. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

10 min walk from the centre, basic but perfect as you don't spend much time in the room. Owners are so friendly! Very quiet location.

EXCELLENT SMALL HOTEL WITH GREAT POOL, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY STAFF, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED IN A GOOD LOCATION NEAR THE BEACH AND WITHIN REASONABLE WALKING DISTANCE OF MAIN RESORT

Clean hotel. Very helpful staff

Waterproof covers on beds

Came back here second time because the rooms are clean, everything is clean, food is nice, and the staff are excellent as well. Nice place for a holiday

Great location. Rather a way from local amenities but short walk to the beach.

Everything was as described. Toilet was rather small.

Location: easy access to the beach and quiet area.

No lift, so carrying the many luggages up the stairs to 2nd floor was a bit tedious. But the receptionist did offer to help.

Nice small hotel, friendly proprietors and staff. Room not overly large but okay. Very well kept. Nice pool/outside area. Good breakfast.10 minutes’ walk to beach/nearest restaurant.

The bathroom was rather small but adequate for a short stay. The hotel provided lunch but no evening meal.

Delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Lovely pool, friendly staff good location

Great hosts, wonderful service, everything was clean, enjoyed the pool, and how close it was to the beach.

Nothing bad to say

Nice pool.Very friendly staff.Generous 'continental' breakfastGood value for money

We had a great trip to Hotel Albizzia and would especially like to thank the owner who kindly took us to the Airport for our return flight as we could not get a taxi. Hotel excellent and lovely staff/owners.

Julia at reception staff nice. Hotel lovely and quiet no noise.

Towels very small for having a shower. Need bigger bath towels

Continental Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and loads of it. Location was excellent, close to beach and local restaurants

We couldn’t find fault with this hotel

room were good, with enough space for 3 peoplecleannesswe also had good wi-fi in the room

It's a bit far away from the center and also the seaside is not very close. Not a big deal but walking even 10-15 minutes under the summer sun, with almost no shadow places, can become quite a challenge for some

Pool and landscape.

More electrical outlets. I bought my own extension cord so it was no problem.
