Hotel PAX Torrelodones

The bed was comfortable

The AC wasn't working. The temperature in the shower wasn't constant

The room was wonderful; we had the premier suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor terrace space was also very enjoyable.

The lack of a door handle card that would indicate Do Not Disturb or Please Clean the Room. Not having a coffee/tea pot in the room.

Lovely staff. Great optional breakfast.

Distance from Madrid.

The place is beautiful and the location is perfect, bus stop local and to Madrid just around the corner, food and groceries just two blocks away, a shopping mall 9 minutes away walking, and the staff are awesome. Torrelodones is hidden treasure or at least it was for me and Hotel Pax is the place to stay.

Everything was perfect

Very handy for sight seeing and travel from north to south. SpainSpain

Could not get food at night only a help your selfFridges very limited

The staff is very friendly. We stayed for 1 month while we waited for our home to be ready for move in. Hotel Pax felt like a temporary home

The only negative is that there is no restaurant option, only breakfast

Great location, nice staff, clean facilities.

The showers are not designed/constructed well, a lot of water runs out of them onto the bathroom floor.

Great location..quite residential area...lovely and clean and comfortable , well cooked breakfast plenty of choice , stayed there four will certainly stay again

Nothing not to like

staff...Elitza?...in breakfast buffet...sweet lady.

Check in efficient

Breakfast was very poor. Poor choice and poor quality. Shower ran hot and cold.

i really appreciate staff's help & patience in to order dinner in hotel (from external source) ....good breakfast in the morning ...confortable room...everything good at an excellence price

Friendly staff at the reception.Parking

Hot water in the shower was intermittentThe bedroom´s door frame was broken, so it didn't feel safe at all.For a stay of 3 nights, we only got one small water bottle for two on arrival.Overpriced for the facilities of the room (no balcony, no coffee or tea in the room, no water bottles)

Very easy access to main road Big and comfortable roomNice staff

No room service

Yup bfast need more variety, same food on daily basis gets boring, room are clean but loads of short-cuts of maintenance done like sticker up the walls n etc

Better hot food like hot pancakes n other option like different pastries

One staff member was exceptionally good and friendly; the supervisor tho was very unfriendly and kinda rude. At times, most times while supervisor (she) was on duty there was not enough of different foods that was lacking. At one time, there was no water to drink. Front clerk had to serve water for us.

Some staff members were just plain rude and maybe even seemed rascist..

CleanFree parking Good stuff

The gym

We always enjoyed The self-service breakfast room as we could take our time.Parking was spacious and very very convenient.Staff were so polite, friendly and helpful...really nice.Location=amazing!... very conveniente for public transport to Madrid and The local pueblo.

Nice place close to shopping malls and to Madrid as well?very nice and happy to help personal de hotel?

bed was very comfy, clean facikities, good bteakfast

tight parking

The location was fab if you want to go into Madrid. Bus stop is just outside the hotel, a 20 min ride to the metro a d then 10 min metro ride into the city.

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room
