Pros +
- The welcome. Lovely staff. Room fine but not sure it justified the label "superior"! We didn't know in advance that reception didn't open until 5pm. We found out from the blurb after we booked. So we timed our journey accordingly. Also we didn't realise the restaurant was closed at weekends. However we were able to buy one pot suppers (pizza also was possible) for dinner and a carafe of wine to have in our room. Cost c. €45. All's well that ends well.
- the staff is very friendly.
- As always everything catered for. But the young lady in reception gave us the wrong number to open the gate. Had visions of climbing over carrying the car. lol. I think she was new
Cons -
- There was a table lamp which didnt work, unless maybe we couldn't understand how to make it work!
- First of all that it was not mentioned when booking that the reception closes at 22.30 and if you arrive later you loose your money. Second that the room smelled like fungus when we entered.

We could not have breakfast - it starts from 8 am which was after our leaving hour… they refused to offer breakfast boxes or refund the breakfast fee. It is not normal to have breakfast starting at 8…. Rooms not clean and only one towel in the bathroom for a double bed room - not enough even for one - what about two persons…
Clean. God location. Good welcome, Good restaurant
Great location smack between UK and Spain for us very comfortable and sensible money
The room was comfortable and quiet. The dinner was pleasant and nicely presented.
Rather expensive for what is offered but it was convenient for me.
Outside look of the building and parking
Ants everywhere, in the bed. They travelled with us in the luggage to next destination. Never again. Location also far away , nothing to do other than killing ants. Restaurant closed on saturday.
Easy parking on ground floor
No dogs allowed in restaurants. Bad move 12 people did not book for dinner no mats to avoid slipping in wet room
For one night stay very nicely situated near the highway. Parking spot just next to the room.Parking closed off during the night.
Breakfast at 8:00 in the weekend Little earlier would be nice.
Breakfast was nice.Bed was a little hard but okay.Cute setup with the rooms not being in a large building. A little amarican B&B style.
Hair on the ceiling of the bathroom.Dinner was a little well done.Barely speaking English.
Breakfast was good, staff friendly
Room was full of ants, the AC wasn´t working properly, the hotel needs some painting and renovation
Good location and secure parking.
The restaurant was extremely limited in comparison to the Campanile the previous night in Aimens. Chose not to eat there.
plenty of park spaces. good breakfast.
no restaurant for dinner at weekends.
Breakfast ok, as usual in Campanile.Restaurant not open on a Sat night which is not impressive. Travellers need to eat.
Good breakfast, excellent wine with dinner, room good, reception friendly
Basic room ,,but exspensive
Room was very small and very basic
clearly, not a very looked after facilities
heating system wasn’t working at all, but this is not new for Campanile hotels. Lucky I received a heater from the reception the beer we were served as the restaurant was off unfortunately.
Staff were friendly. The bathrooms have been upgraded. I like the simplicity of Campanile hotels in general.
It is inconvenient that the hotels do not have a restaurant at weekends. I suppose this is a financial decision.
Extremely comfy beds, the lady Fatima made a huge difference, super friendly and helpful
