Best Western Hotel Atrium Valence

Parking, staff, front foyer, breakfast and breakfast staff all excellent The rooms were large with some updates...baseboards dated

It was clean and staff helpful.

The parking is good but very tight.

Cleanliness location and courteous staff

No complaints

The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was good enough.

The smell of the sewage system in a room

very good

The underground Parking very tight and dark at night, Very tight access into it ,you need second person to make sure that you dont scratch car

Haven't stayed long enough to experience. Stayed overnight.

Not effective air circulation, odours in the room

This 4-star hotel offered good service and facilities. Things “worked” as they should. We travel by bikes, and good, safe, dry bike storage was provided, no hassle.

The hotel was a short walk from the appealing restaurant/shopping Old Town area. I suspect that kept the price down, so I’m OK with that: ten minutes’ walk to save $ works for us!

Private parking, large room and very quiet.

Lack of direct access from the hotel to the car park.

Great location and secure car parking - room clean and provided water in a fridge which was great - no iron in room but everything else was great

Petfriendly. Very friendly team.

Location.

Decent size room

There was a nasty smell in the room, smelt like a drain. Also very low head height on upper level

Kettle in roomGood breakfast selectionGood parking (free)

Not much to do in Valence.

The hotel is modern and the room I stayed was comfortable. It is not exactly in the city centre, but at 5 minutes walking distance from it, so overall the location is good. It has a private garage which is very convenient if you are coming by car.

It’s Clean , room sizes

There was no enough duvet for the sofa bed

Very comfortable bed and air conditioning just right! Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Property was great. Disappointed in Valence, Friday night and pretty much everything was closed, also streets were dirty and didn’t feel particularly safe walking around!

Central to our location for the Tour De France . Bathroom and shower was a good size and there is parking on the property

Hotel is looking old and dated and needs a revamp

A/C.

Location. Old hotel. Not a great area in a rundown town.

The location is convenient for the old town. The hotel is basic and feels like a motel. Ok for one-night .

The underground car park was very tight . The air conditioning unit in our room rattled . The stairs in our duplex room were fine for us but could be a little steep for some.

Convenient location a short walk from the old town with a closed car park

Only that the pedestrian access to the parking is inconvenient and the space is awkward for a large car

Excellent hotel, very comfortable rooms and facilities, very well located, breakfast was very good and the staff was excellent, they were always exceeding my expectations, they were fast to answer any question or to explain things. Also, very good place to park/storage bikes. I would come back to this hotel if I go back to Valence

A little detail: some fruits (like melon or strawberries) were available during breakfast on my first day, but not on the second, but this is just a tiny detail, the breakfast was very good, the buffet one.
