Comfortable and clean

Dinner prices are expensiveGym opening time are too restrictive

It was very clean and new, very comfortable large bed and the restaurant was very good

The internet was annoying as i had to reconnect every time i used it and it was a bit slow

I very much enjoyed staying at Best Western Clos Syrah. It had a very nice bar and lounge area and the restaurant had a pleasant ambience and seemed quite upscale with wonderful pieces of expensive art scattered about. The quality of food was high (we're close to Lyon) with an eclectic menu. Even breakfast seemed special. There was no storage for my bicycle but they were quite happy for me to have it in the room overnight. I'd really like to revisit the hotel when we're next in the area.

Everything was great here.

We had a really modern, very well designed spacious room. We only stayed one night (driving through France) and we had a very relaxing stay here, despite the construction works that were carefully and honestly brought to our attention already when we booked. The hotel is being extended (hence the works), but we were not disturbed at all (arriving at 6 PM and leaving at 10 AM). We slept very well and had delicious food in the restaurant.

Bad signage so difficult to locate.Terrible breakfast (ice cold scrambled eggs and supermarket quality pastries).Tea bags in room but no kettle.Fridge not working.Terrible hard pillowsNightmarish decor all round.

We checked in around 20:00 o’clock, our son really wanted to swim but the swimming pool works till 20:00. The woman from the reception was very nice and let him swim for 20 minutes. She was very kind, smiling all the time. Thanks fir the nice stay! See you soon ☺️

Comfortable bed, coffee machine, good location, free parking, breakfast, dinner were all perfect for us.

Dinner was very good, but the serving portion were a bit underwhelming for the price.

Very close to the motorway and a nice restaurant (an upmarket menu so very good quality but slightly limited menu—as a Brit I still can't get used to not having vegetables with meat and potatoes! The second restaurant was not available due to a private party.Comfortable bed and room with aircon (I was there during a heatwave).Good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

There was a birthday party going on which finally quietened down about 23.30. As this was a travel stopover for me on a long journey, I would have liked to get to sleep earlier. It would be great if Booking.com had a way of warning us about such things. If it was not for the travelling I wouldn't have minded, especially as their live singers, who performed until just after 22.00 were excellent!

It was a construction site. If we had known, we would have never booked. View was awful, and they was noise starting at 0700 while they said at reception it would only start at 0900,

Compared to most near-by-motorway hotels in France, this hotel offers a clean and modern aspect, great private-terrace room I had, a clean pool and really gentle staff at the front office.

Closed and dry parking for motorcycles would be good, protecting from possible rain and allowing to leave luggage during stay on the bike
