Hotel Silken Villa de Laguardia

Location!!! Views from the hotel amazing Beds very comfy In the center of La Rioja area , excellent to move around.

We got wet on the rain so we asked for more towels (we already used them before going out to town) but they said they didn't have any , weird !

Cleanliness, location, amenities, bedroom, facilities, everything.

Fantastic location in an historic town. Rooms suites, fantastic breakfast and wonderful staff.

It was according to expectations. Room was OK, staff OK. Location great

their management of parking was not good. I had to park outside and was fined by the police. I saw many people parking in the location for guests when they were not guests, so we, the guests, had not place because of poor control of parking

The location was great, a short 10min walk to the old town of La Guardia. We didn't use much of the facilities (pools or spa) as we were only there for a short night. Breakfast was good value, instead of trying to walk back up and find a place to eat in town.

We did try to go and visit-ask questions about the spa bookings, but the staff at the spa didn't seem to interested in explaining things to us (maybe it was the end of their shift...)... but if you are interested in the spa I'd suggest you read ahead or ask a lot of questions, as this wasn't readily explained to us when we arrived.

Bar service was weak. Charged for water. Breakfast was just OK. Coffee machines weren't working properly or good quality.

Very cute hotel just down the hill from LaGuardia. It’s a nice 10 min walk into the town and also an easy 5-10 min drive to many spectacular vineyards nearby. The rooms were spacious and the pool was very nice.

The gym was a little old and could use some new equipment but overall, it’s a very nice hotel.

The pool was great, it saved the experience. Had a restaurant on site. Walking distance to LaGuardia (13 min). Spacious room

The spa was terrible. The service was bad. The people using it were loud and obnoxious, wasn’t peaceful. The food at the restaurant looked good but was so disappointed with what I ate I wouldn’t eat there again just poor quality. The AC didn’t work well here either.

The Staff went above and beyond to please and help. Miguel ? Angelica ? Laura, Indeed All ! Excellence! Free convenient parking onsite. The Spa and therapists ! Laura ?Room was clean and bed comfortable ?

Grounds and common areas could use update.

the bedroom was enormous,and particularly liked the big bed.The staff were nice and the location was fine,as it's a short walk to take the lift up to main/old part of LaGuardia and we were able to park outside.

Have to say,while I did like the huge bedroom,there was a glass table there whose edge I accidentally bumped intoseveral times, and which would benefit from having something put on its corner to prevent this.As it was, I came away with several bruises on my thigh as a souvenir!

I have stayed at this hotel regularly for many years. It consistently delivers outstanding service and the staff are wonderful. As a pet owner I find the hotel a truly dog friendly hotel, so thank you to all, I look forward to returning later this year

Amazing, very comfortable and big room. Also had a great time at the spa. Free parking is also a plus.

Close to wineries

Destroyed rooms. Mold in the shower. WiFi works worse than mobile internet. Very poor sound insulation, all night and morning we've heard people speaking in the corridor like there is no door.TV is extremely small and has no chromecast or netflix.The hotel charged us 40 EUR for the spa and then refused to refund when we refused to wear a swimming hat. For that money I would expect them to clean the pool daily instead of forcing people to rip out their hair.

The elevator - sounds silly, but true…

Dirty, toilet flush refilled throughout the night, bathroom door and front door did not fully open…Bedside lamp didn’t work.On advising the manager of all this, apparently I was lying…Contacted the Head Office and they failed to acknowledge…Manager decided not to contact me back, neither to respond to Booking.com either..!

Clean facilities. Everything you need for a short stay. Very good buffet breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Menu labelled well for allergens. Location very good.

In property restaurant.Very quiet.

We can’t park the car near the reception during check in process, even if it is raining, as it was our case. And the hotel does not have anyone to help the guests in this situation.The hotel needs modernizing its facilities as a whole.Cost x Benefit ratio is very high.

We stayed one night half-board (evning dinner and breakfast). the food was good and the overall stay was excellent value for money.
