Radisson Colón 2000 Hotel & Casino at Cruise Port & Duty Free Mall

Location near the Free Zone. Staff were helpful and showed reasonable attitude to the limits of their training.

The general surroundings outside the hotel could be improved as it gave the aura of a very low end hotel. I ordered a pina colada from the bar, something poured from a bottle and served to me. Awful!

It is a spacious and comfortable hotel, with good services, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, etc. at the door of the free zone.

the area is dangerous, only ruined buildings are visible. the hotel requires maintenance, the service when called was very bad

nothing, the worst hotel of all 4 hotels we stayed in Panama.

Some of the staffs are not very friendly. No coffee in the room, when asked, the staff said they didn't provide coffee, but they sent some to the room later.

I reserved a premium suite and paid a premium. When checking in we were told the suite was not available. They said they would have to give us another room. We had no choice but to accept the standard room. They would not give a discount, so we left.

Just Horrible, the room smelled like a mold infested basement, carpet in the room and the hallway were dirty and stained .. employees were rude and not helpful at all... the area where hotel is located raised security concern during the whole stay.

The restaurant and bar area were nice the pool area was nice. The price was good

The location was very industrial with not much to do and the staff was not knowledgable of the things to do in the surrounding area. There was a musty smell in the hallway and my mold allergy was very affected in the room.

The Location right next to the cruise terminal it’s a big advantage making it safe and in a walking distance to reach super market and colon 2000 terminal. The TV was good and the crib I requested was good as well. The free drink is a positive thing to make it up for the bad breakfast.

The room 312 was awful and super humid, smelling like humidity and old. It’s right next to the elevators so you could also hear the elevators’ bells the whole time. Super old and ugly furniture. Breakfast very bad quality and very poor. Another thing is that I booked a taxi trough the hotel and was told 90USD cash. Once arrived at the hotel the taxi driver said it’s actually 100 USD. I insisted and showed the message saying 90$ however the receptionist did not really say anything. He could have intervened and settled the remaining amount.

The location is ideal as we were going on a cruise and the hotel is conveniently located next to the port. The hotel offered a package where the cruise line collected our luggage from the hotel early in the morning and then we were transferred to the ship when we checked out.There was also a restaurant onsite where we were able to get a late dinner.

We had a problem with the bathroom sink that was not rectified during our stay despite our reporting it twice.

The staff was very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Could be more welcoming, Courtesy coffee and tea will give it a welcoming touch.

The facilities and the easy way to take a taxi to the free zone.

The hotel seems to be kind of old from outside. Maybe if you could remodel somethings it would increase the perception of value of the hotel
